Botanica Khao Yai Resort 후기

1.) Room is not clean as it should be. Full of dust ( with this higher price!) 2.) Water heater is not functional, so in winter time as I went with family. It is become a troublesome. Why don't you check your room before let your room be used by customers? 3.) You said with "Great breakfast" which is actually not that great at all. A very basic breakfast with less variety of food. Almost no protein, for this room rental price... It is not worth it at all.

Location: The location is pretty good, amazing nature scene all around, PHENOMENAL views from the 6th floor bedroom. However, he road leading up to the resort is a bit rundown and dark. Cleanliness: The room is very clean, the bed, shower, everything is clean. The balcony could be a bit better in term of cleanliness. Service: Everything was great up until the breakfast buffet where We asked the staff if we could order americano coffee for our tumbler, the staff said 'yes' but it'll be 170 baht, We said 'ok', however, the staff took the tumbler and walked to the coffee machine (which is the SAME instant coffee included in our breakfast buffet, not a freshly ground coffee), we sent a complaint to the call center and they refunded our coffee. Overall the services are great, but the hotel could train their staffs better regarding things like this. Facilities: Great fitness room (except the fact that the AC is leaking, so its dripping water in the middle of the fitness), there are 2 pools, the welcoming staff already told us that only 1 of the pool (the 2nd floor one) is allowed, however in the morning, both of the pools are closed due to leaves cleaning.

It’s a good choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Khao Yai. It’s suitable for family with cheap price.Totally, it is good but not enough because the hotel is quite old and needs more renovation.

โดยรวมบรรยากาศ ที่ตั้งถือว่า ดีด้านหลังวิวภูเขา แต่พื้นที่ส่วนกลางหลายส่วนปิดปรับปรุง ปล่อยทรุดโทรม ทางเข้ากลางคืนมืดมาก

ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ เงียบสงบดี วิวไม่ว้าวเท่าไหร่ได้ห้องชั้น3ต้นไม้บัง

ที่พักเก่าไปหน่อยแต่บรรยากาศโดยรอบดีมากๆค่ะ ห้องก็กว้าง นอนโอเค

ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า แต่สะอาด ในห้องยังมีเครื่องดีวีดีในห้องซึ่งปัจจุบันก็ไม่มีใครใช้แล้ว ทีวีช่องน้อยมาก แต่การบริการดี พนักงานน่ารัก

ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า และสกปรก บนเตียงมีเศษดำดำ พื้นมีคราบและสนิมในบางจุด ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่อ โดยรวมสภาพควรดีกว่านี้สำหรับราคาเท่านี้ค่ะ

รูปหลอกตา ที่นี่เคยเป็นที่พักที่ดีมาก สวยมาก พอไปคราวนี้ 1. ห้องเก่ามากไม่มีการรีโรเวท 2. ถนนแย่มาก 3. ดีอย่างเดียวคือบรรยากาศ 4. ที่นี่เคยเป็น the best สำหรับเขาใหญ่ แต่พอมาอีกรอบคือแบบ ไม่ไหว ถ้าราคานี้ขอไปที่อื่นดีกว่า

ห้องพักดี สถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมดี วิวสวย แต่ควรรีโนเวท เพราะบางอย่างมีสภาพเก่าแต่รวมๆแล้วดี เสียดายสระว่ายน้ำบนตึกมีการซ่อมแซม

ห้องพักสะอาดมากๆ อาหารอร่อย บรรยากาศดีค่ะ
