Hotel Mansion Pahalgam

If u are visiting pahalgam,staying in the ***sion will make your experience more serene nd peaceful.such a beautiful property amidst the nature ,one can't take his/her eyes off from the window of there room.simple food.near to market.everything is just perfect here.

Beautifully located with the Lidder river flowing on one side and snow clad peaks on the other also adjacent to the famed Pahalgam Golf course! This old ancestral property is away from the cacophony of the chaotic city traffic offering lush green premises. Rooms offer great views, are spacious with wooden flooring and comfortable beds equipped with electric blankets. Washroom is slightly cramped but has modern fittings. Buffet meals have limited options and smaller helpings .. can improve. We experienced Power and Wifi interruptions frequently. The hotel has a power backup which is used sparingly .. probably to save on diesel costs. Overall a great stay ..!

Beware: The ***sion Hotel, Pahalgam partially burnt last week, in Pahalgam is taking bookings on booking.c om and other international and Indian sites, without notifying the guests. It was a shocking experience for us UK and USA travelers. Upon arrival no one around, we were sure we have been scammed!!The ***ager then re-negotiates rates down once the people have shown up after a long drive. The remaining rooms/cottage are poorly maintained. We spent whole night killing bugs!! Food as breakfast being prepared in temporary kitchen in unhygienic conditions. Before checkout, ***ager disappeared, we had to wait ..Employees begging for tips since not paid any salary. This hotel needs to be shut and removed from websites. We were prevented from leaving premises unless paid cash, credit card machines not working, unofficial receipt only.

The review is on their Cafe called : The Trout Cafe. Having eaten at various places which specialise in Trout, the expectations were very high. Unfortunately, it was the biggest disappointment. The trout served is over cooked, tasteless. If you want a spaghetti trout, you have to pre-order, which is ridiculous as who plans a meal hours or days in advance at a tourist place. The Pizza they serve is a dry, bad cheesy, bad base. You can’t go beyond the 1st bite, unless you want to punish yourself. The spaghetti pasta was a forgettable one. To top it all, the prices are higher than any 5 star property shall charge in Delhi or Mumbai. Not at all worth eating there

Great hospitality and beautiful place for visit our stay was comfortable and amazing service is awesome staff is so helpful and friendly food needs little bit improvement ***agement is fine will definitely for next time for visit keep it up guys

Stayed at Hotel ***sion Pahalgam for 2 nights . Location of the hotel is very good , very near to lidder river . Garden sitting is available in hotel and that’s the experience to share . Food quality and variety is not so good but overall experience is good

The stay was very pleasant with beautiful rooms and scenery. The food was excellent and the staff was very humble and helped us with everything. Mr. Aashiq, specifically was very kind and helpful. He did everything to make our stay pleasant. A must visit.

I had the displeasure of staying at this property for two nights. After shelling out 15,000/ night for a double room with an extra bed we did not have power and water pressure for the first day. The hotel made no effort to co****sate for the inconvenience. The rooms are poorly done up and wear a tired look. The bathroom is a pittance. The food is pathetic for the prices com***ded. They do not even serve lunch at this property. There is nothing good about this place save the location. The hotel lobby smells musty, perhaps the carpets have never been cleaned. You are better off at a budget hotel. Avoid at all costs!

We stayed for 2 nights . Pathetic is the word. Lack of service , lack of staff. The ***ager and the guy who takes care of reservations are rude. The owner accepted that post covid main staff has left and they are running the show with whoever is available. Right now avoid staying . May be it’ll take sometime for them to come at par with other available properties.
