Moon View Resorts

Hotel stay was so terrible 😢 Not hygenic.service is worst.food was not at all good .we dint eat anything in the dinner & in the breakfast too.you provided super deluxe category to us but it not local category also .room was not a worth of 1000 rs also.so terrible stay😡

We came to the moon view resort on 13 August 2022 at around 6:00 p.m. we got two room on first floor and second floor. Though room are good and clean but there was a issue of not having more fans on ceiling because we entered in room and there was very hot weather outside in Srinagar and also in Pahalgam so there was a single fan on the ceiling that is most sufficient for the room but later it's get cold. We take breakfast and dinner also there that is included in our package. General breakfast house good and having low spicy dinner. There is only one negative think about the hotel they didn't offer US welcome drink or free water they charge 300 rupees for water and tea to us. Overall stay was nice and good.

I was here with my family and we all are very disappointed with or food and cleanliness... They serve worst food and rooms are also not clean... When we complaint for the food to the waiter he told "owner ko ja k bolo main kuch nahi kar sakta" bedsheet on the bed was also not clean their was stains and hair on the bedsheet... Food for kids is also not available even if we pay extra for the same..... Very disappointed will never recommend to any one... Please dont visit if you have kids with you...
