Nice place. Warn staff. Good view. Absolutely opposite the Baisaran valley start point. Not very far from the market. Good spread for breakfast. Good options for ala Carte in veg and non veg both for lunch and dinner . Ample parking space is available.

utterly disappointed 😞. bad room with pathetic view n bad washroom with paint marks and bad towels . feels like 1 star room . after paying 1.5 lakh this is what we get because we booked from goibibo. they say we are running full... why did the booking was taken if they were running full. awful pathetic . 😪 😞 .you risappointed us this time .

The Royal Hillton Pahalgam is located strategically close to the main town center at Pahalgam, with close proximity to the city market. What's more, ponies are available for rides just outside the hotel! The hotel looks nestled in the valley, and offers spectacular views of snow capped mountains and the Lidder river in the backdrop. Rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable. Equipped with room heaters and good hot water supply too. The restaurant serves a delicious buffet menu for breakfast and dinner(plenty of vegetarian options too!), which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was much better than the hotels in Srinagar and Gulmarg. Staff was very cordial and helpful, and took extra care of us. Thank you to Mr. ***zoor and his team at the restaurant for their outstanding service. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Pahalgam.

Went on a family trip of 15 people to Kashmir. We stayed here for 3 nights from April 10-13. Of all the hotels in Kashmir, we absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing and super duper helpful. Everything we needed or asked for was provided with smiling faces always. Our group had a 90 year old and 2 kids aged 5 and 3. The dining staff would always accommodate to their needs with no hesitation. Special thanks for Johnny and Tausif for all their support and help- we had a great stay! :)

Family of 4 visiting from Europe staying in the Royal Grand Suite for 3 nights. We prepaid the full amount by int'l bank transfer which worked very well. All built in fine wood, the room was fabulous with a splendid view of the mountains. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. The dinners were ok but can be improved on.

We went as a group of 3 families with 9 people and had 3 Grand Suites booked...rooms were nice but let me state that the Staff was awesome...in particular Shoaib, Vasir, Aadil, Wasim, Saqlain and Junaid ...the food was yummy and the service was great.

Had a fantastic time at Royal Hilton and special thanks to Shoaib bhat for being an incredible help. The hotel and staff ***agement were very professional and the view was incredible “. I would highly recommend other to visit this hotel and not to mention the incredible food!

Excellent location. Very helpful and courteous staff. Good breakfast spread . Room was clean and view from the room was great. Rohan at the desk and Shoaib Bhat and Adil were very helpful. Chef Younis and John took good care of us during breakfast. We will come back again with our kids.
