아리아 클라루스 비치 & 스파 리조트 - 올 인클루시브

Stayed here July 2024, RESORT - First of all the resort is lovely itself but I’d say it was abit dated neither the less nice to look at and fairly clean around the resort etc. downfall is the resort is set on a hill so please beware of all the uphill walking from hotel/ pools/ rooms. I honestly felt I had booked in for a week at a boot camp, as I had 2 kids in pushchairs, they do offer a golf buggy service to and from hotel/rooms and there is a little Aria Claros minibus that goes to and from the hotel to pool area. All included so make use of these if needed. Kids loved the kids pool and the choice of chutes, older kids loved the bigger chutes. Kept them all entertained for hours. They also pulled out inflatables (goal shooting, small bouncy castle) one day which kept them amused for an hour or 2. All in all pools and chutes pretty much made up for the rest of holiday for us. Apartment/rooms - apartments for families are situated down the hill then up another hill from the hotel. Met with flights of stairs. Hard when you have 2 pushchairs needing to take up and down a few times a day. Rooms are basic. Sheets are old and can do with updating. Felt the balls of material on the sheets as they were fairly worn. We asked for another room as the stairs were too much to handle after tackling the steep paths from the pool area. But we’re told they were full and could not change us rooms. 3rd day in and my daughter had sat on the bed after coming up from the pool. She was still wet. My partner flipped the mattress to be greeting by a filthy underside infested with bugs at the top of the mattress. The mattress also appeared to be stained with mould.. You could see them crawling about with eggs next to them stuck in the grooves. My skin was crawling thinking me and my kids had slept in this. Went to reception who told us they would give us a new mattress. 30 minutes later someone showed up to clean the mattress. I refused and said I definitely wanted moved rooms now. They were accommodating to this and switched us rooms. Not what you want in the middle of the week with 4 children. I checked the new mattress but it was fine. Bonus was we got moved on to a ground level apartment. The mini bar in the room is very dated in both rooms we were in. It took 2 days from switch on to get cold and make anything in the fridge cold. Water was warm for 2 days before it began to cool. No soft drinks in the fridge just bottles of water each day. Sofa beds weren’t very comfy either for the kids. Rooms could really Do with some updating. FOOD- i am vegetarian and found it hard to find a good meal. There was plenty of salad type food but was crawling with flies. Flies were in almost every platter of food at the restaurant. On the eggs, on the meat. On the cheeses, in the salads, on the cakes … everything had flies landing all over it. Really off putting. Even the meat eaters I came with found it hard to find food worth filling their plate, Kids basically lived off c

Hotel from hell. We stayed for 7 days, room was missing a bed and caretaker had to get one from another room. We had a power cut the next day and lost all water in the bathroom. Sink, shower and toilet; called reception and it was on within a few mins, but when turned on all this brown water came out… The food halls were infested with flies, just sitting on every piece of food!!! The outside food huts were also infested with flies! Please do not book this hotel, it needs to be closed down. Environmental health needs to be called in for food hygiene and safety concerns before someone gets seriously ill. The rooms were freezing in the night and had to call reception for extra blankets as ac and heating not working The kitchen staff were rude, most just laugh at you while talking to their co workers, probably cause most had no choice but to eat the food. The wifi signal is very pool, not much to do. Hotel needs new management because to have it still running under these circumstances is diabolic. Please avoid at all cost!!! Not a five star, shouldn't even be open for business.

This is a beautiful hotel and that is the best thing about it. It’s in the middle of nowhere. Set within a mountain so very hilly with a lot of walking up/down steep hills. Expect 20k a day steps. No bars or pubs out of the hotel into town either not on the high street or beach.

The hotel is lovely. It’s showing its age in a few places but that doesn’t detract from the resort at all. We had booked a garden room with bunk beds for the two children, however when we arrived we were given a room in the main hotel with one bed and nowhere for the kids to sleep. At reception I was told this was “an upgrade”. I’m not sure my children having no beds is any sort of upgrade. After some time the hotel agreed to give us the room we had booked (and paid for) with the right amount of beds. The garden room was superior to the main hotel in every way except proximity. The hotel has a number of pools which are all fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the water slides and the kids pool and the parents loved the calmer pools the other side! The beach is fantastic with enough sun beds for everyone though I do think it would have been nice to have more space but it’s a small beach. The food was good but we would have preferred more options for breakfast but that doesn’t mean you won’t find something you like, only that you might have to eat the same thing every day for your whole stay. The evening meal was much better with multiple restaurants and a HUGE buffet in the main hotel restaurant. Entertainment at the hotel was incredible. They have their own bowling alley! An arcade, evening entertainment for kids, live music for adults and a late disco. They also offer midnight snacks right through til 7am. We had an amazing week in turkey despite the initial room hiccup. We would definitely go back for a return visit!

We as a family of 6 with 4 kids stayed at the Aria Claros for 10 days from 9th August to 19 August and was very pleased. It is a hotel especially suitable for families with children to stay. The slides in the children's pool allow children to have fun and spend time. There is also aqua park so you and your kids can enjoy waterslides. Most of the time we stayed by the kids pool but we visited the other pools and the beach aswell. The entertainment was brilliant. Best one for me was fire show. Thank you to all entertainment team. You can also try beach volleyball, one of the many activities. I would also like to thank Furkan from the animation team for organizing beach volleyball, providing us this opportunity and for being extremely helpful and friendly.

Looks a lovely hotel from the pictures, just doesn’t rate the 5 star. The buffet restaurant was awful so many flies all over food disgraceful, breakfast was a fight to get to anything, children running around everywhere even fell over one. There was a lot of choice aimed at German / Eastern European clientele. There was a very good pizza bar at lunch time with food covered and cooked fresh. The drinks on offer weren’t very good at all, they just expect you to pay a lot more for a better drink. Would not go back to this place.
