튤립 모텔(Tulip Motel)

After arriving, my wife went to take a shower only to find no towels, once towels were retrieved, there was no hot water. Maintenance came to check out the hot water in the room (like i guess there was a hidden hot water tank in the bathroom?). He left, came back and said all tanks are working and maybe he was just used to the water being that cool?... so, no shower... upon turning down the bed, there was black hair in between the sheets! Needless to say, we slept very little as there was a train going by every 1/2 hour or so... when morning came, i checked the hot water again and still nothing! We packed up and returned the key to the front desk where we were told the hot water was turned up and they never heard of these types of complaints before... i booked 3 nights, only stayed for 1 and did not get a refund for the last two nights. We have traveled and stayed at some pretty questionable places and i can honestly say this tops one of the worse places ever! I would not recommend staying here.

It was close for us half way point to our next stop for a concert in london. Would definately stay again thank you!

The property was as displayed on the website there was a slight mix up with the rooms but the manger kindly sorted it out.

We booked the room for after a wedding and knew we wouldn’t be there long and it was a bed and bathroom to come back too. Unfortunately I didn’t expect to have only 2 very thin pillows and a sheet for a blanket. I highly recommend adding a few pillows and a much thicker blanket for your guests. My husband and I slept in pants & a sweater just to stay warm.

Dirty, room reserved for two and was equipped with 1 hand towel, 1 small bath towel, no face cloth, 1 motel size bar soap, 1 roll toilet paper. TV not working properly. air conditioner not working properly. Paid $20.00 extra per night for xsmall poodle that is cleaner than room.

Long story short. I was traveling with my poodle. It was like I stayed in a kennel with my dog rather than my dog staying with me in a motel. I have pictures if you would like to see them. I suspect they have one nice room that was used in the photos I looked at when booking the room.

It is an older motel which has been renovated. The reception clerk was helpful and respectful. The air conditioner was loud, the wifi was difficut to access and unreliable. It is the only motel i have stayed at which requires a physical checkout to recover the damage deposit. The checkout clerk's people skills were lacking to the extent of rudeness. I won't stay there again, I don't recommend anyone else to stay there either

There was only half a roll of toliet paper in the bathroom... ran out halfway through the night... one set of towels when it said two guest were staying over night. Room was freezing. The heat wasnt on and had to wait a while before the room was warm after we turned the heat on. Wifi password wasnt listed in the room. Tv programs were displayed small on the tv and i reserved this room days before stayed.

Was vary rude and charged extra even though I already paid on hotel. Com
