We were greeted by Sam as soon as we got out of the car. She was warm, welcoming, and took an interest into why we were visiting. The entire property was clean and quaint and the bedroom and bathroom were huge! She also made us a delicious breakfast before we headed back to London. I hope to visit again!

Swallows Rest is a classy B&B- excellent hosts, beautiful location and really comfortable. Breakfasts are a treat and you feel as if nothing is too much. A relaxing a**osphere in a small village that’s easily accessible. Good pub food not too far away.

What a wonderful B&B. Really lovely accommodation, comfortable and stylish, a fabulous welcome and a scrumptious breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here I’d I was in the area again. Communication excellent.

The Swallows Bed & Breakfast deserves for more than five stars. We are impressed, everything about The Swallows B&B is excellent. Sam created amazing and beautiful place for rest. Each detail has been added with heart. Delicious breakfast handed to my room. Couldn’t be better. Definitely we will go there again.

What a lovely bed and breakfast! Sam (host) is very kind, welcoming and helpful. There was a good variety for breakfast and it was really good. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large lovely bathroom attached. In a lovely quiet area and close to some really nice pubs which Sam can recommend.

A first class accommodation in a picturesque location. We were contacted by Sam whilst driving to the location. She asked if we wanted a meal booking in a local pub, and we got the notification within minutes. Sam and her family couldn’t have been more welcoming. Extensive breakfast options with choice of communal area or in room. Would highly recommend

A delightful setting and location, with a relaxed and friendly a**osphere. Large comfortable bedroom and en-suite, beautifully set. A perfect stay for a short break or a base to explore the area. I would certainly look to book again if I am staying in the area.

Absolutely perfect. Amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Popped over after a hospital stay, just to relax and unwind. It didn't disappoint! Absolutely immaculate. Had a lovely big Lush bath, and the bed....Well.... It's the best nights sleep I've had in 20 years. Breakfast was beautiful. Cannot fault a thing! It's definitely worth every star! Super comfortable and high quality furnishings and very well appointed. Really warm welcome and very friendly family. Good interaction but respectful of your space. Would highly recommend as excellent value. Hope to go again in the near future.
