호텔 룩수스 비치 리조트(Lixus Beach Resort - All IN)

I’ve paid to stay for one night, after we’ve checked in i was shocked to see how the hotel looked from the inside messy worse customer service not organised and the worse shock was the rooms very ugly dirty beds and the terrace had spiderwebs it basically looked like boot camp rather than a hotel. Location is so far impossible to get there if you don’t have a car no source of transportation. I have paid but left as soon as i saw the state of that hotel I didn’t even ask for my money back it’s was so disgusting no customer skills whatsoever. I do not recommend this place so disgusting.

Le petit déjeuner qui devrait être un de plaisir pour bien commencer une journée de travail était décevant. Personnel arrivé une demi-heure en retard et à 08:15, rien n’était prêt. Aucune mesure d’hygiène: le monsieur censé préparer une omelette était énervé d’avance a oublié de mettre sa tenue de travail, très peu de chose et mauvaise qualité, on mange mieux dans un souk. Franchement, très loin de ce que cet hôtel prétend! Quel dommage !

A terrible experience strarted since reservation ... I called the hotel 3 weeks before my journey to get all informations and prices .. i ve been communicated prices and an email after with the details .. based on that i made the reservation with a transfert of one night price ... one week after i got an email with different price .. higher one .. i hardly succed to join the hotel .. no reception answers and staff not qualified ... after 4 days they told they have reviewed prices !!!!! I UNfoetunatley kept the reservation ... once in the hotel .. they ask for our marriage prof while we have a baby of 3 years !!!! We decided my husband and I to cancel and make another hotel .. my husband succed to find our mariage act in his phone ... they kept making excuses and juqtigying its just rules. .. having the baby already tired wz decided to stay Unfortunatly ... basic rooms with nothing special .. not qualified stafff ... very bad communication and the worst ...is the dinner of the new year ... having groups arriving like really "moussem " almost difficult to get something in the restaurent .. with very low service and almost bad commm ... i will never put my feet again in this hotel .. and yet it s a low season i let u imagine how high season should be !!!!!!!

The check-in was a little bit on the slow side and was a bit busy, (more check in staff would have been a benefit), but in general I found all the staff throughout the hotel to be polite and helpful. Check out was less busy and a simple speedy affair. Nice sized room with large and very comfy bed. Large bathroom with large walk-in shower. Nice sized balcony with spectacular sunset views out to sea and of the pool complex. The room had a working minibar fridge (unstocked), for you to keep your drinks cool. My room had a flat screen TV with channels in different languages, but we never even switched it on! My rooms air conditioning was either defective or not working, but I prefer to sleep with the balcony door open anyway so I didn’t report it. It’s a resort hotel so expect noise from the animation teams, entertaining children poolside especially during the busy summer periods. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of different options available, lunch and dinner are similar but have various options on offer, which change slightly depending on the day. Overall food quality was good. Try to avoid busy times in the dining area as it can become very busy indeed. The pool and gardens are great and the outside areas are well kept and clean. Afternoon tea and cakes is also available. If you pick a poolside room expect to hear noise from the evening entertainment up until about midnight, (or you can go downstairs and watch it). I believe there are other services available such as wellness, but I didn’t make use of them. If traveling by car (as we did), there is ample secure parking within the grounds of the hotel. The hotel is easy to find and is sign posted. Larrache and Asilah are fairly close by and worth a visit, (I especially recommend Asilah). We both enjoyed our stay there.

This my second time here I really enjoyed with intertamd team they are so kind specially riski and simo activities (and the morning performances at night) And I want speak about food it's was good better then the first experience I really wanna come back again Yassmine❤

I had the best week of my summer vacations here at Lixus beach resort. i had quality time with my family and that’s thanks to the animators (Simo, Rizki, Youssef, Rony, Salah, Douaa, Salma…) they were doing their job with love i felt surrounded by a second family. The partys at night were just amazing, i liked the creativity of each theme party. I will comeback next year just for that ! Much love to all the stuff and the animators for that wonderful time.
