Oudtshoorn Inn Hotel

The hotel is in a terrible state, it's dirty and poorly managed. Kids staying at the hotel caused chaos and resulted in 3 bookings walking out. Before we even packed out I asked to cancel and was told I can't and no manager is on site. I can email..

We weren't expecting much and we weren't disappointed !!! We only chose this hotel because it was convenient for one night stopover whilst we visited friends who live opposite the property. The hotel is extremely tired and in need of huge investment. We had ground floor rooms overlooking the pool and gardens. The lock on my sliding patio door was broken and it was almost impossible to secure the door. The room was a good size with two double beds, but the bedding on one looked as if someone had slept in it the night before !! Bedding and towels were all worn and shabby looking. The garden and pool area was basic to say the least and there were a lot of chipped loose tiles around the pool and pathways that all definitely a trip hazard. There were cigarette butts littered everywhere. Crazy golf was very dilapidated and buried under leaves etc. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot pass comment on the food, but if their standards elsewhere are anything to go by I'm glad we didn't. Receptionist was nice and friendly though, to be honest she was the only positive we could find about the place. Don't bother wasting your money. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning at 7.30 and needless to say we will not be returning.

Es gibt entschieden bessere und sauberere Hotels mit ansprechenderen Außenanlagen; das Frühstück ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Aussicht aus einigen Zimmern in der unteren Etage ist eher eine Zumutung. Geboten wird der Blick auf eine vielleicht in Zukunft zu renovierende Terrasse als auch der Blick auf die Straße.

Hotel un peu excentré du centre. Impression bizarre en voyant l'hôtel qui fait préfabriqué. Chambre spacieuse, correctement équipée et propre, mais plutôt défraîchie. Litterie confortable. Salle de bain avec baignoire mais l'eau est plutôt marron ! Internet qui n'arrête pas de couper... Diner assez médiocre, plats froids et glace quasi liquide ! Donc ça passe pour une nuit mais pas au-delà.
