시설: 호텔 시설이 낡았으며 객실 카드로 처음 4회 이후부터 객실 문을 열 수 있습니다. 위생: 위생상태는 나쁘지 않습니다. 화장실이 꽤 넓습니다. 환경 : 수영장이 있고 전체적인 환경은 괜찮습니다 서비스: 방에 들어가기 전에 방 카드를 4번이나 만들어야 했지만 프런트 데스크는 매우 친절했습니다.

친절하고 훌륭한 위치, 좋은 뷔페식 아침 식사, 넓은 수영장, 매우 깨끗하고 잘 관리된 정원, 넓고 편안한 객실, 에어컨, 소형 냉장고 및 TV(아랍 채널만 제공, 호텔 문앞 무료 주차, 멋진 식사에 적합) Quarzazate에서 또는 사막이나 협곡으로가는 길의 밤

Would like to caution those looking to book at this property. There is only one listing on Trip.com currently but there are actually 2 properties under the same company (this has already been flagged to Trip.com so hopefully it will be rectified soon!) I booked to stay in a double room at RS Karam Palace. We arrived and was immediately told to go to their “annex” because we did not “upgrade” to stay at the “palace”. Showed them the booking and confirmation and was still told to go to the annex. When I asked if the annex was the same , they told me “better”. Well well, the annex (called RESORT instead, see key photo) is still under construction and renovation. Does not have a location tag on google maps yet, see map photo. Room is very different and definitely worse from that in the current listing online. No pool, no facilities. Service staff at the annex was slightly better, finally upgraded us to a better room within the same annex but told us to take it up with booking agency. Thankfully Trip.com is already aware of this issue but in case it takes awhile for rectification, this is to inform everyone!

우리는 홍수로 인해 폐쇄된 산길과 폐쇄된 도로 사이에 갇혔기 때문에 선택의 여지가 없었습니다. 그래서 우리는 운 좋게도 여기에서 방을 찾았습니다. 제 역할을 했습니다. 난방이 제대로 작동하지 않아 추웠고 휴대용 히터까지 가져왔습니다. 하지만 여전히 얼었고 우리는 강인한 사람들입니다. 우리는 아침 식사 전에 오래 나가서 여기서 먹지 않았습니다. 침대는 깨끗했고 베개는 납작한 팬케이크였습니다. 하지만 깨끗했고 그들은 현금 50유로로 우리를 받아주었습니다. 그래서 그런 면에서 우리는 운이 좋았고 감사합니다. 하지만 여기가 제 첫 번째 선택지는 아니었습니다.
