빌리지 부티크 호텔(Village Boutique Hotel)

Great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Rooms are comfy and clean. Good beds. ( just a bid short for taler people.) We stayed there twice in 2 different rooms. Both rooms I missed a luggage rack to put your bag on. One room we missed an easy chair in the room where you could sit. There are outside seating but when it rains and you stay in the room you have to sit on the bed. This aside the rooms were excellent. It is close to town and shops. Also had a good lunch there. All and all great place to stay.

The room was large and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful, and the dining area and complimentary breakfast buffet was lovely!

We had a wonderful stay! The warm a**osphere of the house, the service, the breakfast and the room was so enjoyable! We will definitely come back soon and are already looking forward to our next stay!

It is a nice place to stay. The room was clean, spacey and quiet. The breakfast was good and offered all you like. The hotel is within walking distance from the town center and the crocodile farm. I enjoyed staying there,

We got a nice stay in Otjiwarongo in Village Boutique Hotel. We were 4 friends, owernighting in a BIG family room. The roon was almost a flat, lot a space, a pool dearby, good beds for everyone. The manager brougt us from a nearby restaurant after our dinner with his own car, the stuff was friendly. Not a better stay could we had.

When I arrived at Reception I greeted the lady behind the counter. Without greeting back her first word was "Payment", I said sorry, and she repeated "Payment".Receiving of Guests needs to improve as it is currently atrocious. The rooms are Cold! The duvet on the bed is a very thin blanket. The shower head was broken. I cannot recommend to anyone to stay there. I certainly will never set my foot there again. Towels are also paper thin.

We stopped here for one night as part of a large group and it was a slightly odd experience. It’s a nice looking boutique hotel but lacking in the warm or a personalised service one would expect in such an establishment. Our rooms backed onto the main road so we could hear the traffic from the road until late and again from around 6am. The staff seem to have no concept of customer service what so ever, our group were largely ignored and our guide had to play the role of hotel receptionist when we arrived. They only serve breakfast so we had dinner at a local restaurant. The food at breakfast was good but the staff were frosty especially a lady who wore a cape / coat and hung around the breakfast area simply staring at the guests and not saying a word. It created a very awkward a**osphere, we couldn’t wait to leave!

The Village Boutique Hotel has a great dining area and the food is good. However our accommodation was extremely mediocre and very noisy. We were given a family room - for 4 people - which was not necessary having booked many months ago. And the people living behind our room partied into the night loudly. Not acceptable.

Rooms were clean and spacious - it was nice that they are away from the road and the courtyard is cute. Owner has clearly put a lot of effort into the look fo the hotel but it comes accross a bit disorganised. No evening food available but that was fine for us. Staff are nice and friendly but when you ask them questions about the area - really were of little to no help. The breakfast was grand but not great.
