The hotel is managed by non professiaonl staff. It's seamns that is managed by familly staff. the pictures presented are not reel. the hotel is very old and not clean. We suffered from medca problems ahd had constrant to leave the hotel because of the damp rooms

To start I want to make it clear that the staff were very friendly & helpful, and I am not commenting on the rooms in the main hotel as I did not see them. This review refers to the 'country' rooms and the pool. We arrived in your hotel as agreed on the evening of September 30th and were shown to the smallest hotel room I have experienced (14). It had a shared ‘patio’ and no windows…..plus the safe was locked, not that that mattered as it wasn’t attached to anything so anyone could have walked out with it. The bathroom was perfect for a slim person but being a little portly, it was a challenge. A genuinely large person would not have been able to get into the bathroom!! at all. It was tiny and not comfortable to use. The decorations were fine and the room was clean. To say that it was small was an understatement. I had to go outside to change my mind!! We immediately complained and the next day we were moved to a larger non-refurbished room (5). Whilst larger it was unmodernised and still had no windows. The room was in poor condition with cheap furniture and a separate bed in the ‘entry room’ that was not exactly clean. There is no way that this was 4* accommodation. It reminded me of the Australian soap called Prisoner Cell Block H (we immediately christened the room as such!!). It was like a cheap motel and warranted 2* at best. Like I said, I am commenting on the 'country' rooms only. Breakfast was very basic and the 'chef' seemed genuinely shocked that someone might want an omelette. The coffee was awful but the bottled fruit juices were a nice touch. The final issue was that when my wife enquired about pool towels, she was told that they would be €10.00 per towel and that if we wanted to change it when dirty we would need to pay another €10.00. Bearing in mind that the plastic beds by the pool were filthy, this would have been cost of €20.00 per day. The pool itself was okay but you had to wear a swimming cap to use it...which of course they charged for!!! I have never stayed in a hotel where you were charged for a pool towel and this should certainly not be the case in a 4* hotel. This was denied by the hotel after we walked out but my wife absolutely validated the information. In addition, the wifi was utterly useless, even in the main building. We left on Saturday Sept 2nd as we had simply had enough of staying in the 'country' rooms, which did not meet 4* standards in any way.

A fuir.. le wifi ne fonctionne pas, en tout cas pour moi les 2 nuits où je suis restée je n'ai récupérer que le wifi à 23h. Chambre pas nickel cheveux dans les draps et au sol. Arrivée le soir pas eau chaude le 1er soir (10 chambres seraient dans ce même cas) Le lendemain soir au nouveau pas l'eau chaude le matin pas de chose. Fourmis au sol qui grignotent les moulures. Ampoule grillée. Pas de chaise dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10h30... Arrivée à 9h pratiquement plus rien pour manger, plus de croissants... Pas de fruits frais Restaurant : des odeurs de cuisson à 10h du matin sympathique pendant le déjeuner. Personnel non qualifié. Le seul point positif le jardin est magnifique c'est tout pour ma part ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

Estremamente pulito. Camere comode e ampie. Staff gentilissimo. Piscina ottima per pomeriggi di relax. Davvero un piacevole soggiorno. Anche se il check in era previsto per le 14:00, sono stati così premurosi da sistemarla molto prima visto il ns arrivo anticipato. Grazie di tutto

Sono andato a questo hotel con la mia scuola e la esperienza é stata sopra alle aspettative. Le camere erano pulite ma il primo giorno mancava l'acqua caldo ciò rendeva lavarsi molto complicato, una cosa delle stanze é che non tutti hanno le stesse cose per esempio io non avevo il fon mentre avevo una televisione migliore ma i miei amici il contrario. Il cibo era ottimo e impeccabile non ho molto da dire su questo. Il personale é molto gentile. In se non abbiamo provato la piscina ma questo non influenza le mie 4 stelle.

Avrei dovuto capire già dal disaccordò di prezzi dei vari siti e i loro prezzi interni che non avremmo dovuto prenotare. Differenza di prezzo di circa 30€ a camera in più prenotando direttamente con loro e vabene, arrivati c’era la ragazza della reception che probabilmente è l’unica nota positiva, dolce , gentile , accogliente. Arrivati in camera mi accorgo subito dall odore sgradevole che l camera fosse inpolverita, bagno sporco con peli evidenti tante che la a ragazza ha fatto ripassare il signore a pulire ma a poco è servito perché la tavoletta del water era sotto completamente sporca, vasca vecchia, nera macchiata e poco funzionante.termosifone in bagno dove vi era poggiata la biancheria super sporco. Aria condizionata rumorosissima, balconi sporchi, sotto ai letti il delirio, copri letto che puzzavano ed asciugamani sporche e macchiate, tant’è che per verificare quando scritto ho chiamato la ragazza che si era resa disponibile a cambiare camera e ha provveduto subito a dare nuova dotazione asciugamani pulite. Colazione discreta ma ciò che la rende sgradevole è una signora che non appena arrivati senza nemmeno dire buongiorno mi ha sorpresa da dietro chiedendomi a che numero di camera appartenevo, la quale vedendomi sedere con la mia famiglia a tavola si è veramente indispettita perché avevo già preso un caffè da sola, di poca empatia sicuramente non è un bel buongiorno! WIFI CHE NON FUNZIONA. Non ve lo conosiglio è stato il nostro soggorioni peggiore per fortuna breve
