Welcome to Barefoot Beach Resort, where rustic charm meets just a hint of modern. Cabin 9 is our only studio—and also the newest space on the property. It’s fully remodeled with a clean, nautical feel, a totally redone kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of natural light throughout. It’s a great setup for couples, solo travelers, or fishing trips that don’t need a ton of space. Located near the main entrance it’s one of the first cabins you’ll see when you arrive—easy to find and just steps from the beach. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. • Discounts applied automatically: -15% off for stays 7+ nights -30% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy.• Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. • No Smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside, just dispose of waste in ashtrays. • No pets without prior authorization. • No loud music or parties. Do not disturb the neighbors. • Do not tamper with or disable the security camera or smart home devices. • Keep the number of guests in your reservation accurate and don't violate the occupancy limits. • Please follow check in/check out times and procedures. • Quiet hours from 10pm - 6am. • Pets should be leashed at all times. This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: • Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. • Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. • Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). • Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! • Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
