I love this resort. It has wonderful amenities and it’s a great value. Great golf courses paired with great food and superior accommodations.

Enjoy staying at LoFS for the location and the wonderful hot tub! This trip had a few exceptions, but nothing that will deter our next trip. The lobby in the atrium level had an industrial blower/fan unit running constantly, I am assuming to keep the carpet dry- it was loud in the first room, but it was easy to get used to. My one complaint about this trip was the staff does not seem to understand the meaning of 'disabled'. Many places in the complex are not ADA accessible (hot tub included) even though they claim to be. I will continue to stay here until I simply cannot climb the stairs any longer as I do really like the location.

The room was very nice and the tv was large which is great compared to other hotels. There were lots of options for food, drinks, and fun. It was conveniently close to shopping and restaurants as well.

The hotel is in a great location and the being able to see the lake from my balcony was nice. The rooms were clean and had some different extras - like a soaker tub shower. There was some items that needed repair in the room but overall average for the price. The hotel itself is tired and needs a face lift inside. The hallway carpets were stained rippled and torn in many places. The hotel is spread out and confusing which adds to the charm but at night many of the inside walking areas were dark or poorly lit which made it difficult to get around and unsafe feeling.

Experience I had at this hotel was awesome. It is an older hotel, very unique, very classy, very clean, outstanding characteristics. The front lobby awesome display of a fireplace restaurant food very good bartender awesome.

The man at front desk was so rude so was old lady when checking in. Room cold and dirty. Hot tub closed that’s what I wanted while kids swim. Maintenance had trap door open working on hot tub while smoke break my kid almost fell in 5 feet hole by pool.

Dated. The tub was so tiny. I can barely fit and I’m 5’2. The thermostats won’t go down a temperature no matter what I did. It was so hot the entire time. There’s black stuff hanging from the ceiling that I couldn’t identify

As soon as we checked in our door to our room broke and we got locked out. We also got connecting rooms and the doors were jammed and couldn’t be opened . Luckily, the maintenance guy was quick to fix the issue and very kind. The staff were great, the facility just needs some updates. Overall, once the door issue was fixed we were happy. The room was clean and it was nice and quiet. The view from the room was amazing .

We stayed in a room in the Seasons Bay section of the resort and it was not great. The bed was terrible. The mattress seemed to be bigger than the platform holding it up so you felt like you were going to fall off near the sides. The room had a strong musty smell which lingered on the bedding. An update is long overdue.
