Location was very good. Rooms very basic, no hairdryers. Rooms were very dated. No amenities had a vending machine for drinks. Had to walk to local pub for something to eat. Had to pay for WiFi. Service on the day by reception staff was poor. Not very helpful. Definitely prefer premier Inn would not use Travel Lodge again

I was very impressed with the hotel Travelodge Peterborough Alwalton.It was clean and tidy.The staff all are lovely .Flynn, at the checkout, it was kind to hold my luggage while I went for a business meeting .Near A1 South, it is easy to access it to the motorway. Services it's only 3 minutes driving from hotel.No restaurant,free car park. Internet is 30 minutes free , after you have to pay £3.00

Great value room, although the adjacent Starbucks, whilst convenient, was extremely expensive. There are services very close via the A1 but if you wanted to come back you would have to go back north first then do a huey at a junction. Helpful staff and excellent customer service from Travelodge website (other UK companies please copy). Some rooms face the adjacent A1 so might be noisy if windows open - ours was at the back and even with window open it was quiet.

I always know what to expect when satying at a Travelodge and Alwalton is no exception. A quiet, clean and comfortable room with a lovely ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower.

The standards of the hotel exterior starting to look 'shabby'.And I haven't forgotten the drainage problem entering from the A1 southbound.And not only the hotel sign that should be illuminated isn't as a result a comment made by a customer,if I had known I would booked!😮😮🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

First time staying here and was really impressed by this great hotel. The manager flin looked after us really well, he really seemed to take pride in the hotel, as did all the wonderful welcoming staff we came across, the hotel and room was really clean. Short 10 minute drive into Peterborough, free parking for hotel guests too, nice and easy for us to get a taxi into town to enjoy a night out with friends. The bed was really comfortable, would definitely come back!
