Lovely hotel with gorgeous views of the sea and very clean amenities. Our room was lovely and well serviced by housekeeping. The buffet dining can be a little chaotic but the choice of food was good and well worth the extra it cost to go half board. Staff in the main were lovely and evening entertainment was ok. A few things to be aware of though are 10 euro per night island tax payable on arrival at hotel. The nearest village to walk to from the hotel for a coffee or a meal is Metamorfosi which is about 25/30 mins away (didn't bother us coz we like a walk) & the transfer from the airport takes about 2 hours as you change to a shuttle bus after Peninsular 1. Would I go again??? Yes, if I wanted to totally chill on a beach and not do too much sightseeing. We had a lovely time

I paid for a luxury room but got a simple one instead. Reception told me no other rooms were available and tried to give me a room with a bed and sofa. Only after I threatened a bad review did they finally give me the room I paid for. When I tried to go to the dining area wearing a swimsuit under my clothes, they refused me entry unless I wore a t-shirt or something longer—even though a lady walked in right in her swimsuit under her chlotes with no problem. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Absolutely do NOT recommend this place!

We stayed here was ok but the heater was faulty, and wires hanging from the TV where over the heater! We left our room and rang back 30 minutes later to say we left a 2 litres of milk and a full bottle of lemonade unopened. They said sorry we threw it out! Never again. Went out to my car and the lady comes peering through the window! My girlfriend was in there and saw lol.

Really good impression, hotell nice placed, well maintained, with nice garden and beautiful relaxing smell of pine trees. Many thanks to kids animation team- nice performance and engagement on the beach, hotell and additional playground. Thank you girls!

I was not entirely sure what to expect from this hotel. But having checked out 2 days ago I can honestly say that it is a fantastic hotel. We had a family room which was perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of room and quiet. We were as far from reception as we could be yet the WiFi was strong and fast. The pool was the highlight from us. It's big and there are plenty of sun loungers. A lifeguard was on duty at all times. And the best and the shop are right by the pool so everything is on hand. I rose early one morning and numerous staff were hard at work cleaning all parts of the resort, so by the time guests are walking to breakfast the resort is immaculate. The restaurant provides a very varied buffet each morning and evening. We found the quality to be fairly high, and at times on a par with 5 star expectations. My only criticism really is that the dining room and buffet is badly laid out, but this is really minor and was only a problem now and again. The beach is also great. Despite what a previous review states, there is plenty of sand with some areas of pebbles. Here too we found a plentiful supply of sun loungers. The beach restaurant is close by for drinks. The beach is across a very quiet road from the resort. Toilets are close to the beach too. The children's entertainment each evening was very good. Our kids loved joining in every night. We didn't use the kids club but I would expect this to be great too given how good every other aspect of the hotel is. Drinks are a little pricey. A small bottle of Coke Zero is 4.5 Euros for example. But the excellent value of the Half Board makes up for this. The shop is well stocked with pool inflatables and swimming gear, snacks and drinks, as well as souvenirs. Overall I would recommend this resort highly. It is very hard to find fault.

Already 4 days with a bad airco. Went 5 times to the reception to complain. They tell me about magnets on the doors as if I don't know how it works. Put it on 22 instead of 18, then it will work. A 'technician' came saying nothing is wrong. Temperature does not go lower than 27,5° and this after 12 hours continiously working. Four stars.... my a##
