Good location. It's in between Disney and Universal so it's good for travellers who are going to both aforementioned attractions. It even has shuttle bus service!

Our stay at the Homewood Suites was comfortable. The facilities in the suite were good.
Miss Karina checked us in and was so professional and a wonderful ambassador for the hotel, however all other front desk clerks were much less helpful. For three days I asked could someone come and look at the dishwasher as it wouldn’t empty but no one came until day 4.
The location is not convenient if you don’t have a car.
The hotel offers 24 hour tea and coffee but for 5 days out of 8 they didn’t have any black tea. We don’t drink coffee so we couldn’t avail of this service. (We asked for teabags every day but ended up buying our own.)
The breakfast was less than average, with no orange juice, cranberry juice or tea. We’ve stayed in many other Homewood Suites and this breakfast was the poorest by far of any of them. The breakfast ladies were not at all pleasant. However the tall guy at breakfast was very helpful-Thank you for being so nice.
The music, which was played around the pool, began too early (6.30 am)and stopped too late (12 midnight) and was far too loud.
I don’t think we would stay here again.
