This is the basement apartment of a home in a quiet, central forget how close you are to everything you came to visit in Utah Valley. In the first bedroom is a queen bed & in the second bedroom is a set of a bunk beds with a full size mattress that pulls out to sleep five comfortably in the bedrooms. The kitchen is full size and includes everything you need when you get tired of restaurant food: full size oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, crockpot, electric fry pan. Utensils, plates and dishes are also provided. We doubt you'll want to spend much time laying around watching TV but when you do there is a 40" TV and a DVD player. The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available. You have off-street, designated parking for the apartment . The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. From the transit center a bus can be taken to the Orem Front Runner station to Salt Lake City.
