Please no bachelor/ bachelorette stays. • No smoking of any kind on the property. • Violation to any of these rules after warning may result in termination of your staying immediately. // Furnishings & Appliances // • Please unplug all unused appliances, hair tools, laptop chargers, etc. from socket when leaving the home, including turning off the stove, oven, AC/heater. • To prevent breaking the AC unit, please do not set the temperature below 67°F. • No moving/rearranging furniture. • No unplugging electronics like TVs, lamps, WiFi router, security cameras, etc. Any tampering will be subject to a fine. • No shoes inside the property. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment. • One bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest (more available upon request). • Trash collection: Mondays • Street sweeping: 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month from 8 AM-2 PM. No street parking is allowed during this period. The guest is liable for any incurred citations or fees. • The driveway fits 3 cars. Street parking is also available. • Yard & hot tub maintenance are done weekly to ensure upkeep of the grounds. The professional(s) will need to access the backyard via the side gates. We will inform you if services will take place during your stay.
