호텔 비벤다 - 릴라이스 & 샤토

바다 옆의 고급 호텔. 훌륭한 레스토랑. 모든 것이 최고입니다!

큰 실망이었습니다. 오파티야를 두 번째 방문했는데, 처음에 정말 좋아했던 호텔인 Bevanda에 머물렀습니다. 하지만 이번에는 작은 재앙으로 바뀌었습니다. 호텔 객실은 레스토랑 바 위에 위치하고 있었고 첫날 밤에는 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다. 바에서 약간의 소음이 들렸지만 오후 11시가 되자 조용해졌습니다. 하지만 두 번째 밤에는 라이브 음악이나 DJ가 있었는데, 모든 합리적인 시간을 넘어 매우 시끄럽게 울렸습니다. 자정이 지나도 멈추지 않자 리셉션 데스크로 가야 했는데, 직원이 저를 맞이해 소음에 대해서는 별로 할 수 없지만 바 매니저와 이야기하겠다고 약속했습니다. 그는 또한 호텔은 파티를 하는 곳이라고 말하며 저를 교육하려고 했습니다. 방으로 돌아와서 음악이 조용해질 때까지 기다렸지만 조용해지지 않았습니다. 오전 1시경에 다시 아래층으로 내려가 바 매니저와 이야기할 기회를 얻었습니다. 그는 음악을 줄여 주겠다고 약속했고(끄지는 않았지만), 결국 조금 더 조용해졌습니다. 바 매니저는 또한 불편함에 대한 작은 보상으로 다음날 호텔 레스토랑에서 저녁 식사를 제공했습니다. 음악은 거의 오전 2시까지 계속되어 잠들기가 불가능했습니다. 수면 부족으로 완전히 지쳐서 다음 날은 망가졌습니다. 저녁 시간이 되자 우리는 호텔 레스토랑에서 식사를 하고 정가를 지불했습니다. 레스토랑 종업원들은 저녁 식사에 대해 아무런 언급도 하지 않았습니다. 우리가 떠나는 날 리셉션 데스크의 여인이 우리에게 사과했지만, 그것은 모든 불편함을 보상하기에 충분하지 않았습니다. 따라서 호텔이 잠을 잘 수 있는 편안한 장소가 되기를 기대하는 사람들은 다른 곳을 선택하십시오!

친구가 몇 주 전에 갔었기 때문에 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 그는 이곳이 오파티야에서 꼭 가봐야 할 곳이라고 했습니다. 바다가 보이는 객실 전망은 환상적이고 객실은 크고 괜찮지만 그게 전부입니다. 호텔 앞 주차장은 5성급이 아니어서 주차 공간을 열려면 항상 리셉션 직원에게 전화해야 합니다. 객실과 호텔은 정말 깨끗하지 않았습니다! 월풀, 샤워, 발코니, 카펫. 호텔에는 자체 수영장이 없어서 호텔 옆 해변 클럽의 수영장을 이용해야 합니다! 해변 클럽은 오래되었고 직원들은 그다지 친절하지 않아서 몇 시간만 보냈습니다! 다른 해변으로 가는 게 낫습니다. 아침 식사는 매일 똑같았고 선택의 폭이 넓지 않았고 5성급 아침 식사는 아니었습니다. 제공되는 것에 비해 가격이 너무 비쌉니다. 이 호텔에서 가장 좋은 점은 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 된다는 것입니다! 서비스에 감사합니다!

We chose this hotel as it was on the same jetty area as we’d join our cruise to Dubrovnik. It was an expensive choice but the sea view room with a large veranda and jacuzzi was absolutely amazing. The coffee pods in the room were chargeable but no signs advised us if this and we were charged. This hasn’t happened to me anywhere else in the world and I’ve stayed at some very opulent properties. My wife is a coeliac and needs GF only food ingredients but she is also allergic to all forms of seafood. On our second night we opted to dine in and this was all explained to the waitress. As it turned out this wasn’t understood and my wife was soon served a tempura prawn and later on a GF dessert which most definitely wasn’t GF. This fine dining experience was far from what it should have been and a real disappointment. Breakfasts on both mornings were excellent but hard work in that only one waiter was in duty and sadly he didn’t understand English really. A five star hotel with two star restaurant service sadly. The hotel no longer charges to use the brew making facilities in the rooms. No significant apology was received for the disastrous dinner event.

Excellent hotel, great receptionists and other staff, spacious rooms, beautiful, big terrace with sun beds, unbeatable view and great location. Hotel provided us the parking right I front of it. Other parking spaces around are limited and not the easiest to get that close to the hotel. One word - fantastic!

This hotel is totally overrated. Pretending outfit at the sea shore, service is inexistant. Some inexperienced and probably poorly paid service maid try their best, but quickly admit their ignorance. Parking is a nightmare. The hotel is loud in every respect, with no isolation from the noise of the hallway or neighboring rooms. The worst experience though is the disco bar on the basement with loud beats until late at night. You don’t believe it when you stay at a so-called 5* hotel. To be fair, the location is great and the breakfast is nice. But the experience of the noisy bar and the lack of any service is such that you don’t enjoy any of the other features of this hotel. It feels like some greedy investors try to make quick money by fooling clients and don’t care whether you’ll come back or not. They in fact don’t expect you to come back.
