그랜드 호텔 아드리아틱 I(Grand Hotel Adriatic)

I didn't even manage to stay at this place because the hotel canceled my reservation seven days after I paid and few days before our arrival date. I had already bought the plane tickets which have now gone to waste. There was no apology,no explanation at all. The message I received was only that the hotel won't be open for my selected dates. Interestingly, Booking says they're sold out - I guess they wanted to give my reservation to a more important guest. Still waiting to see if I'll get my money back.

there are two hotels in the same location' I was gest at "Grand Hotel Adriatic I" the 4 star hotel. I stayed at the hotel, the hotel is beautiful and nice, but during the vacation I tripped on an invisible slope in the floor near the elevator, the light bulbs were burned out and the place was very dark, one of the staff members offered help, I broke my leg and was rushed to the orthopedic department where I was casted and then flown back to my country, the management took responsibility however She did not apologize or compensate in any way, even in the slightest. I spent two months at home without being able to move around, just a shame, the hotel is definitely not recommended!

The room was smaller than we expected, but had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable. The wellness centre was very good. And spacious. We had breakfast and dinner here, both Buffett style and a lot of choice.

the hotel itself is beautiful! (location, food and structure are excellent) but the service has let us down since the check-in! after a long tiring drive from the UK to Croatia finally arrived at the hotel at 9:15pm we had a very bad welcome from KATERINA, who wanted to charge us for a dinner for three people while the restaurant was already closed by 9pm! but above all a hallucinating confusion! very rudely Katerina told us that we had to pay 130€ of dinner because she didn't know how to cancel it! after that another colleague arrived to save the situation by keeping us waiting for more than half an hour and in the end she made us pay for two 4-star rooms but she made us stay in the 3-star ones! since the receptionists created confusion with the system the next day we found ourselves doing another check-in but thanks to ANGELA's professionalism and long-term experience she fixed everything! however when we had to make the payment the manager RADOVAN LAZIĆ got in the way with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism regarding my questions why I was paying for 4 stars rooms while she was again accommodating me in 3 stars with WRONG price she commented raising her voice that we are not at the fish market judging my gaze saying "don't make those faces with me" I felt very uncomfortable especially because for the rest of the days I stayed there I never felt looked at with extreme nastiness like she did!! this is really unprofessional and horrible! i have traveled the world and i have never had such an experience, i wanted to have a nice holiday but they really ruined my mood!

Потрясающий новый отель с красивейшими видами на море. Отель состоит из 2 частей. Мы останавливались в новом корпусе 4 звёзды. Очень красиво, чисто, великолепные просторные номера, большие ванные комнаты, мягкие плюшевые халаты, приятная косметика. Брали на семью 2 номера и остались в восторге. В следующий раз обязательно вернёмся к Вам! SPA-зона на верхнем этаже- это отдельное эстетическое удовольствие . Сауны , джакузи и зона для отдыха с панорамным видом на Адриатику. Вода в бассейне комфортная, не холодная. Бесплатно предлагаются вазы с фруктами и чай, вода. Завтрак очень разнообразный , на любой вкус. Дети обычно не едят в отелях на завтрак. Но здесь съели все и были в восторге. А вид , который вы получаете за завтраком- это дополнительный незабываемый бонус. Крытый просторный паркинг. Очень быстрый хороший интернет. Есть открытый бассейн на улице. Рядом набережная, все близко, это центр, но при этом в тихой зелёной части. Рядом ресторан Мишлен.

Beautiful location, but the property is showing its age. In need of renovation, painting, new carpets, etc. Most of the staff is great, but some of the workers in customer service areas (e.g., bar) worked to not make eye contact and give great service.

We stayed at this Hotel for 1 night as part of our coach trip and this would be our relaxation time. We were warmly greeted at Reception and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was more than adequate for our needs for 1 night, clean and tidy but it was the bathroom that was "interesting". It was black with a very impressive walk-in shower, which seemed to be more like a wet room as whenever you used the shower the water would "escape" into the rest of the bathroom! We were on the 1st floor, looked out towards the car park, but we had a small outside patio space with a table and 2 chairs so we could sit outside in the late afternoon. There was an indoor pool (which we didn't use) but we did take advantage of the outdoor infinity pool which was just across the road from the Hotel. You need to get a towel card and "bracelet" from Reception in order to gain access. The pool opened at 9 am and there was a small queue as some guests wanted to get the best sunbeds. No problem but I think it could be very busy in the height of the season. Breakfast was very good, with a large selection to choose from. The only criticism would be that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for three nights. Unfortunately the weather was very bad so we couldn‘t use the outsiede infintypool. Our room was amazing. Very beautiful and clean. We loved everything about it. We also had breakfast included. The breakfast was very good too. At the first two days they were a bit söow with cleaning up. So we had to eat with the rests from the guests before us. Not very nice. But on our last day there were a lot less people and everything looked clean. The spa is very small but offers everything you need. When we sat in the whirlpool our eyes burned though because I think they use very strong cleaning products. But the view from the beds is amazing. You feel like ypu‘re on the beach. So I would recomand this hotel 100%
