Well where do i start been here before but this time we were put in a cellar room which was filthy, damp to name but a few, there was damage to the room no wifi and the room only looked out onto a brick wall!, we did complain but we were told that this was a "promotional luxury suite", we eventually moved the next day (at a cost) the room was better however still filthy but better than the cellar!!....we were informed by an ex employee the cellar rooms were given to make you pay extra but still unsure why we were given it when there was only 6 couples in the whole hotel. We also witnessed other couples been scammed by the "promotional room" In the whole week we were there we never had our rooms cleaned or bedding changed however the staff found time to eat, drink, smoke all day on the hotel steps!! I would advise to keep an eye on the food as the hotel staff was witnessed on several occasions to put their unused bread from meals back into the storage box ready to be used again for the hotel guests!! On the day before our departure we were greeted by the receptionist ranting why we were still in our room after 12 we then explained we were there till our departure the following day where he mumbled then looked at his computer and mumbled again "oh" no apology whatsoever!! The whole holiday was a nightmare, the waiting staff are rude i even asked one day if i could have my egg at breakfast well done and was told " you get it as it comes" The list can go on i have contacted Jet2 regarding this but to no avail as they dont see any issues and have washed their hands of it and have stated that this information about the room is in the description but i have chronic anxiety and would never book a hotel with a brick wall.
