The location of this hotel is just perfect. 5 minutes to walk from the main square, so really central. But located in a pedestrian side street so super quiet at night, I slept very well. Everything was perfect, from the pick up arranged at the airport, the stay itself and the departing pick up by the same driver who brought me there as I enjoyed his company. What really stood out was how caring the manager was. He did a few important extra. I'm glutent intolerant, he got quinoa and got a delicious quinoa porridge made for me for breakfast. The breakfast was overall a great meal; fresh fruit, freshly pressed orange juice, eggs of my choice (scrambled/omelett/other), coffee/tea and the aforementioned porridge. He personally helped me book my departure drive. When I lacked toilet paper, I got more within a minute. I wanted to eat in, he heated my take away soup, even asking if I wanted it hot or very hot. I was allowed to sit to work on the laptop in the breakfast room, he asked if I wanted the sound down on the tv. The hotel itself is so nicely decorated; my room, the common areas and the breakfast room. It's nothing of the sterile decor of larger hotels. Here the colours and decoration (rugs, craft, paintings) reflect the region and are esthetically pleasing. I relaxed here, it felt more being in a home than on a hotel travelling. Nothing was missing in my room; the bed was comfortable, the shower had plentiful of hot water (no long wait to get it), practical shelves. I sort of regretted staying just two nights, I should have planned my travels differently, being able to stay longer.
