It was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly, food is good and the view is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen! Activities are super fun and the staff makes sure you are safe at all times. We stayed at a capsule, which was very comfortable for two people but sleeps up to four. The views of the night sky were magical. Would definitely go back

I am not a fan of heights, but this was a bucket list item for me, so it was a must-do when my partner and I began planning our trip to Peru. My biggest regret is that we only stayed one night. From the minute we arrived we were blown away. We were awestruck by the view. That feeling carried over to the service, food, friendliness of the staff and the accommodations. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, have a lot of amenities and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept so well that night. We opted to hike the via ferrata and did a half day tour with a guide, which we also highly recommend. This was one of the highlights of our trip and one of my favorite experiences of all my travels.

This was the most unique hotel we have ever stayed at! We loved getting to our room every day and night and really felt like an adventure! The hot tub was so amazing and the bed was super comfortable, the food was also great would highly recommend staying here

The most epic stay!!! When else do you get to abseil to your hotel room on the side of a cliff?! All the rooms had incredible views and hot tubs, super luxe! Definitely recommend staying at least 2-3 nights as there’s heaps of activities to do. We loved doing the horse trek to the incredible heart shaped lake (which had once ruins along the way!) as well as the via Ferrara and zip lining! The food was great at the restaurant too, we loved the grilled alpaca and lomo saltado!

This hotel is special. Their staff is fantastic- Gabriela, Eddie, Manuel made us feel right at home. The family really enjoyed the process of getting in the capsule and the ferrata the next day. The food was excellent, we had the 2 plates of pasta. I would recommend-- more towels for the capsule, and a floor towel. Some towel and coat hangers. Would leave drinking water in the room to avoid carrying the extra weight back and forth. A squeegee for the windows would have been nice to have.

I had high expectations, yet it was better than I expected! It will be one of the coolest experiences you will ever have! Super professional and kind staff, clean, modern, place. They tough of everything. The food and drinks are amazing. Tried alpaca for the first time and loved it. The hot tub with a view was incredible! I think you should do it if you are debating. Just do it!!! :)
