We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was spotless throughout, and the service was exceptional. The staff at the bar, gallery, reception, housekeeping, and entertainment team were all friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The pool area was perfect, and our boys (aged 15, 14, 12, and 10) had a blast on the water slides, spending hours having fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel, kept amazingly clean, with friendly staff and perfect for families with young children. The food selection was impressive, offering a great variety of options. The quality was very good, and there were a wide range of options for vegetarians, vegans and children. The staff would also be happy to provide soy milk on request, which was ideal for us. The dishes were always kept full and regularly replenished, and the staff were always friendly when greeting you at the door. They always paid attention to our daughter's princess dress. The hotel consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the day and evening, always cleaning tables and removing plates of food. Empty glasses were promptly collected if left around, and the pool quality was checked daily. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always eager to engage with guests. They made us feel welcome and encouraged people to join in with daily activities. The children's disco was perfect for young children; however, it could have lasted for 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes. The entertainment for adults was fun and engaging, and there was something different each evening. Check-in was from 4pm and we arrived at 1pm. The reception let us leave our case in a safe place and called my mobile once the room was ready at 2:30pm which was a nice touch. It was unfortunate that on our last day, a large group arrived who were playing loud music through a speaker and vaping around the pool. The noise and smell are not considerate of families with young children, and the pool attendant didn't pay much attention to this. Quite often you would see him napping. Another small improvement is the room quality. Our room looked a little dated in terms of paint and design, and there wasn't any cutlery, washing-up liquid or sponges available, which we needed with having an 8-month-old. There were only two mugs which, for a room of 4, wasn't enough. The room was comfortable and quiet but more of a 3-star than a 4-star rating due to its aesthetic and lack of amenities. Overall though, an excellent and recommended stay and a hotel we'll be returning to next year.

A amazing hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle. A really quiet place to stay and unwind and yet easy to get to places. The staff were amazing and did everything to make our stay perfect. My wife is vegan and once the staff knew they took the time to make sure that she was looked after. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Would return here again.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant the rooms are huge and spotless. The food is really really good and that comes from someone that is very fussy. My only complaint is that in the inside bar you only get plastic glasses I cannot understand why this is the case. The bar staff say it’s because there is children in the area, but unless they are climbing over or dancing on the tables I cannot see the logic in this arrangement. I have never been to a hotel that as ADULTS you have to use plastic glasses on a evening in the inside bar

Booked 11 nights at this hotel to celebrate my recent retirement. Everything about this hotel is brilliant apart from the fact that the hotel is overflowing with kids despite us coming outside the school holidays. There are screaming kids charging round everywhere and unfortunately no area put aside for a bit of peace and quiet. The dining room is manic and extremely noisy Everything else about this hotel, cleanliness, food, drink, rooms.etc is brilliant but unfortunately not for us. Just needs some small areas that are adult only to escape the bedlam and wouldn't hesitate to return

3hb Clube Humbria We have just come back from a really lovely long weekend at Clube Humbria with our 6 and 9 year old. It’s such a great hotel. We had a fab time 🥰 We have been to Turkey a few times in the last year and yes the hotels are more luxurious there for similar money however I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here with how much we enjoyed it and it’s 2 hours less on the plane ✈️ 🙌🏽😆 Great size apartment with kitchen if needed Tv in each room Great air conditioning Spotlessly clean Large balcony Good cupboard space Good Hairdryer toiletries in bathroom Good vibe around the pool Water slides Constant snacks around the pool 12-6:30 Good alcohol Refillable water bottles Slushies , ice pops and ice creams Full sized pull out single beds for the kids Lovely beach Collection box in each block where people leave things for other families when they’re leaving. Gorgeous pizza Good coffee Tetley tea at breakfast 15 minute walk to Olhos de Água village: beach Lovely staff
