We stayed this week for a short break at the resort with our family. The reception staff were super efficient, friendly and helpful, we can’t fault their customer service. Likewise, the tennis staff were equally helpful and enthusiastic. However, the rooms were inadequate, we have stayed in hotels and apartments that are aesthetically tired but are not bothered about that, but cleanliness is important to us. The rooms were supposedly cleaned every 2 days. The cleaning consisted of making an unmade bed and replaced towels in just one of the cleaning days only. No toilet rolls were ever refilled. The shower soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and remained so. The floors remained dirty and the dampness was very evident of which we’ve attached pictures . There were electric fires which we used to try and dry the bathroom and remove the damp. The sofas all smelt terrible and the bed clothes were thin and not clean. One of our family rooms were very mouldy and clearly damp (attached). On the morning of we left we went to get coffee at the bistro and after being told no problem , the waiter came back and said there was no milk. No milk anywhere in this large resort? We were given the feeling the breakfast shift was coming to an end and the staff could t be bothered to make coffee. On the whole, the waiting staff looked fed up and couldn’t wait for their shift to end. Im sorry to leave such negative feedback, but there are issues here that need addressing.
