Good servise and good restaurant

Lovely clean room welcoming and friendly staff. Shout out to Gemma at breakfast she was lovely. Invited me in hovering by the entrance and took my order straight away and I was eating within 5 minutes. The food was banging bosha!👌You can't beat a full English 🤤 excellent price too 💪

Haven’t stayed at Birmingham Oldbury in some time visited friends in the area, stay/service was brilliant nice lighting/atmosphere in the restaurant adjacent. The young lad (Pavlos) at the bar looked after us he was confident and attentive with a dashing smile! The young lady (Geneva) at reception was a sort! She too looked after us, so well spoken and a delight to talk with before getting our heads down. All in all, quality customer service from the lovely pair working Saturday night will certainly be back!

We have stayed here multiple times previously and have always had a good experience. When we arrived this time, we realised we had ended up booking the wrong dates. The staff (Gemma and Steph) went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to change the dates of our booking and ensure we had a room ready for us to stay. I would fully recommend Premier Inn Birmingham Oldbury as the staff are superb and we've never had a bad experience!

Room was very clean on arrival and comfortable. The temperature was perfect. Reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming and friendly on both occasions as this was our second visit and highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely and kids eat free. Lovely quiet hotel. We will be back again for definite

The staff there (Maryann I’m looking at you!) are absolutely wonderful and so so caring. The stay is always comforting and I always feel safe there. Thank you for taking care of us after a car went into the back of our car - you really made a difference to being able to cope with the day. You went above and beyond. Thank you
