Spacious Beach house within a 5 minute walk to private association beaches. Plenty of space on the sand even in peak season. Walk/ swim across the channel at low tide and walk for miles on exposed sand bars. Large shallow areas for children at low tide. Expansive outdoor area with shower(not enclosed), patio, awning, covered patio and propane grill. Centrally located on the CT shoreline in beautiful historic Old Saybrook. Close to Outlets, Casinos, Museums, Aquariums, Public Beaches and many other attractions. Hop the local Amtrak to NYC for a day. White towels and linens are provided. Washer and dryer are on site for guests to wash linens and towels if necessary during your stay. The house is a sprawling 1760 SQ ft year round home with the following amenities: Central Air Window ACs upstairs Heat Smart Roku TVs (log into Netflix, Hulu, Disney + with guests own logins) Cable via Xfinity App Downstairs layout: Mudroom Living Room Dining Room Kitchen Sitting Room Breakfast nook/ Office Master Bedroom and bath Bathroom Upstairs: 2x Bedroom Rules: No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and propane (grill, 1 tank) are provided. Additional needed beyond the initial supply will not be provided and are the responsibility of the guests. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures.
