슬립 인 & 스위트 오클라호마 시티(Sleep Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Northwest)

Hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown OKC. Right next to the highway. Several restaurants nearby. Couple of bars within walking distance. If need Walmart, Target or the mall they’re very close by. If you just need snacks or gas OnCue is just 2 minutes down the street.

The pool and hot tub are not open despite it saying they are. It says non smoking but it reeks of cigarette smoke. The breakfast isn’t much and the waffle batter was sour and spoiled. The people were nice.

Friendly easy check in. Beautiful clean room. Comfy bed and easy driving distance from the concert we went to. So stay here next time for sure.

When we first arrived to our room at 2:30p the room smelled like body odor and cologne. If check out is at 11am and the room is cleaned properly, body odor shouldn't exist still in the room after being cleaned. Our sheets had dirt in them and the pillow cases had black make up stains. When we asked for extra pillows, we were told they had no extra pillows to spare. We asked for clean sheets and the front desk guy acted like they didn't have that either until we demanded them. They claim to be non smoking but our comforter was stained yellow and had cigarette burn holes. Just gross all around. Will never stay here ever again!

They did not take our trash out or make the beds for four days in a row!!! The pool and hottub need to be cleaned… and there was a but of an odd smell!

Dude got confused and gave my room away to someone with same last name. The devil is in the details!

Our stay was ok. The breakfast was less than desirable. 1st mornings nothing was left 30 minutes before it was over so We didn’t get to eat anything other than the packaged bakery items. The breakfast area was dirty and 1 family was making about 10 waffles so we couldn’t make any. The lady that was refilling cups etc. was rude and acted like she was put out about stocking the necessary items.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean Very minimal towels in the room but more were brought up when requested. We had asked for a bathroom that was handicapped accessible. That means either a walk in/roll in shower or at the very least a shower bench. Also a taller toilet. We got a grab bar. That was all. Also the room was at the very end of the hall, not an easy trek with a cane or walker. Breakfast was minimal. There was a waffle iron but no other hot foods except instant oatmeal. No toaster even for bagels or toast.

It room was clean, the AC worked well, the staff was nice and had a gym to work out in. The restroom sink was semi clogged, the thin bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it, and the pool needed cleaning.
