I stayed at the hotel for some 5 - 8 nights and found it quite an unpleasant experience. This was at the Agidingbi branch or area (Celestial Church Street). The water in the shower ran out on 2 occasions. The phone call to the reception to complain was utterly useless! The reception took a long time in dealing with my problem until I had to come down to the reception with soap all over me! The food from the restaurant is over priced and very poor quality. The general staff are very incompetent and not very useful or helpful. The contact number for complaints posted inside the hotel lift is Fake and not functional.
