We went with a hiking group (23) and the hotel is very convenient for several of the more popular walks in the Picos area. Walking distance from Potes which is well worth a visit. No drying facilities for wet days but the showers and baths were piping hot. The hotel is very basic but the service staff were delightful. Food again basic; we were on a half-board package which may have influenced the chef's choice. In general the fish options were better than meat based dishes and no provision was made for vegetarian hikers. Bar prices very reasonable as were the house wines. Views out of the front-facing rooms better albeit noisier with the occasional road traffic. We would go back as an independent couple and try out the main restaurant as opposed to the 'package' dining room.

The hotel is great for discovering the roads around the Picos on your motorcycle, centrally located with an easy 20min walk into Potes. The hotel is friendly, rooms are clean, staff are excellent and help you when you need it. Has a nice (un heated) pool the Infantando restaurant is really good, food portion are large. We will be making a return visit soon

We stayed here for 7 nights whilst exploring the Picos de Europa and it did not disappoint! Comfortable, clean room and plenty of outside terraces for enjoying a drink. Breakfast choice was really good and always stocked up. The set menu at dinner is amazing value for money, large portions and very tasty. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was our 2nd stay at the Infantado, last time was only for one night & this time we decided to stay 3 nights The hotel location is ideal for exploring the Picos de Europa and surrounding area. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds The food is very good too, the breakfast buffet is well stocked. The portion sizes at dinner are large

I led a group of a dozen travelers for the Snowshoe World Championships and we stayed with the U.S. Team at Infantado Hotel. Most of our group were placed on the 3rd floor, five floors above the lobby. The accommodations and service were fine. Check in and checkout were fast and efficient. We stayed three days, which gave our college students time to run and explore the area, and take in the local area. Despite the on and off rain, we made the best of the weather and enjoyed our time while staying at Infantado. The continental breakfast was quite good, but the restaurant at the Infantado was really accommodating for our group. Fast and pleasant service and great food ~ we would have eaten there the following night but we were obligated to attend the banquet and awards.

We stayed here as part of our trip through Cantabria. I think is the best option around. Rooms have all the basics and although it’s close to the road the views of the mountains are amazing. The food in Spain has been a little tough fou our stomachs and they went out of their way when my partner got sick. The location is outstandingly beautiful
