호텔 파노라마(Panorama Hotel - Free EV Charging Station)

Beautiful view but cost-plus ..plus 30 leva, parking is not suitable for sports cars with low guard, parking costs 20 leva per day, Swedish buffet breakfast, large room, wide bed..3💥...maximum ! Total price for one night with parking 210 leva, 105 Euro! Quite expensive for the conditions offered

Ended up due to flight being cancelled, but soo much better then the resort sunny beach! Staff are amazing, food fresh and hot. Also recommended to visit the zoo, what an experience! When I visit again will definitely look at staying again!!!

Stayed here for a few days on our way to see a friend. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The service is excellent. Two minor criticisms. The bar shuts too early (16:00) and the swimming pool in pictures is not part of the hotel. We thought it was.

Disappointing. Definately not a four star. This hotel is so overrated and overprized. There are other hotels close by giving better value for money. On the positive side there is a nice reception area. And the bed is quite comfortable. The view is overlooking a crossroad. On the other side the hotel is old and worn. In the room there are no sockets near the bed. AC is central govern. Not possible adjusting temperature in the room. I left it on max cold for 24 hrs. No difference. It’s just a fan blowing. The hotel is located in the street. You get a lot of traffic noise from the crossroad outside. Furthermore curtains are not lightproof. You wake up at 6am by sunrise. And then there is breakfast. Breakfast is the worst I had in ages. Simple, cheap and a complete mess. They are trying, but definately struggling. Cheap, greasy low quality products . In addition they deny to refill after 9.30 and turn off the lights 10.05 while guests still are eating. Breakfastroom is crowded, lacking tables. Staff is hostile passive aggressive and shows horrendous behavior. But coffee was ok! Under the surface they really need to improve their quality. I am glad I only stayed two nights.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Hotel Panorama. The location is great for the beach, and within walking distance of most of the sights. The room was large and clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Would recommend!

There was no parking. They charged me money and suggested that I use paid parking at the part a cross the street. AC was not working in the room at all.

I had a room with a full view of the Black Sea, it was lovely. The boardwalk in front of the hotel will lead to many restaurants, the zoo, and a few museums. Though my stay was in mid-May, several of the beach restaurants were already opening. The staff was exceptionally nice and the morning breakfast was convenient and tasty. If I find myself back in Varna I will be staying at the Hotel Panorma.

Friendly efficient staff prepared to go above and beyond to accommodate guests

We stayed for two nights during the weekend. The hotel is nice, centrally located. The rooms are clean and with a nice sea view. The customer service and the breakfast can be improved, especially the cleaning lady who constantly asked us since early morning on the day of departure and even tried to order us to tell her exactly at what time we are going to check out! Sorry she is there to help us enjoy our stay and we are not there to serve her!
