Lower level is a sports haven of private paddle tennis, pickleball & basketball court. Enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living with patio, exclusive garden for dining, grilling & relaxing by the sparkling pool. Attention to detail: 10
What a perfect host/home!Silvia & John left no stone unturned. Always quick to communicate.Our family of 6 adults were very comfortable.The outside was just as amazing as the pics indicate! Yes it really is a HUGE backyard!And I’m told all beds were very comfy (the one thing you just can't tell in the pics!).There was salt and pepper, plus a well supplied spice rack, fyi.Would love to come again!A perfect 10!

Great place for family fun!
We had an excellent stay! The property is so clean and well taken care of. It was amazing to have our own little resort with a pickleball court, basketball, a pool and a beautiful yard to relax in. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from restaurants and stores. The beach is not far, a quick 15 min drive. The house is stocked with everything you can think of. We will definitely stay again if we head back out this way!

Glorious Stay in Oceanside
The home and property are amazing, well kept, clean and designed beautifully. The owners communicated frequently and responded quickly. It was close to stores and a short drive to the ocean. We would happily stay there again on our next trip to California.

Tropical Oasis
Beautiful oasis with fun activities for the whole family! The owners were amazing, communicated promptly and very attentive to our needs. Great location with local activities or close enough to visit San Diego or even Los Angeles. Would highly recommend & would love to return! Thank you John & Silvia

Wonderful Family Christmas Oceanside Paradise
Home was a perfect location for our Family Christmas gathering. John and Sylvia even put up a tree for us. Home was clean and setup nicely when we arrived. We played pickleball and other outdoor games . BBQ worked great for grilling steaks . Pool is not heated so we did not swim but it was pretty to look at . Weather was mid 60s snd sunny so perfect for sitting by the fire and playing pickleball. 4 days was not enough. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise
Such a beautiful property. Enjoyed all the outdoor activities. The property is very clean and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to any needs and the supplies were in abundance. Definitely will make another trip to Oceanside paradise again.

Semper Fi weekend
Came out and celebrated our son’s Boot camp graduation. We were blessed to stay at your Home, it was advertised great everything was amazing and hassle free. I’f wee get a chance I’d love to reserve this VRBO listing again in the future.
