The service was terrible. I did not get an ocean view room, they put us in a pet room that smelled like dog shit,the pool jucuzxi and sauna were broken. The whole building was under construction. Men staring and whistling at my daughters , dirty men with hammers and saws. The lady’s at the desk would not give eye contact and when they did they rolled their eyes. They said” it’s too bad that you have that room that’s because you used trip.com” “ you get what you get”. I have never stayed in such a place where the staff felt like they can abuse the costumers. I would like my money refunded or a voucher to stay somewhere else or I will never use this again . We also called the costumer service we booked from in line and they said “ sorry we cannot help you”

Friendly staff, overall property was clean however, our room had no shampoo, conditioner, and the shower faucet was loose and couldnt turn it to the hot side. In addition, the day we reserved the room the pool and the elevator was out of service.

Overall, good property, decent continental breakfast, and good service. However, room we stayed in had some debris in some drawers (dust, sand, etc.), the bathtub drain plug was dysfunctional and would not seal in the water, and the fireplace did not work. Also, sliding door to the porch was difficult to open and close.

Overall it was a good stay. Checkin staff was not very friendly but we only had to deal with them once while checking in other than that it was good the beds were comfy the room was clean and the location was perfect.

Elevator, pool, and hot tub all out of order but was not disclosed at time of booking. Fire system and pool being worked on, lots of unpainted areas and carpet unraveling. Waited for 15 min before staff member showed at front desk, initially given wrong room number and key, confirmed multiple times a pack and play was available for child and was told they didn’t know where one was upon check in (but did find one somewhere). No extra linens in room for bed or pack and play, way too many towels! Pretty sure toiletry lotion was used as it wasn’t even half full. Sticky areas on carpet, food on kitchenette counter, my child and I came home with multiple bug bites. Very convenient location and the room besides the above was good, loved the corner views.

Except for they're not being a pool or a hot tub, it was quite nice and clean. The breakfast was great.

Interesting place. There are some things that make this place really worth it and a step up from the usual: amazing view of the ocean, large rooms, a cozy fireplace, decent breakfast, and, the absolute highlight, the jetted tub. It's surrounded by walls on three side so you can go to town on the bubbles. Incredible. The odd thing about this place is that despite the stepped-up amenities, there are many basic things that aren't quite there. WIFI was basically non-existent. We called the front desk and they said you can only connect in the hallway...so that was odd. There were refillable dispensers in the shower for shampoo and body wash but the body wash was empty. We were there two nights so I asked the housekeeper for body wash and she said there wasn't any but gave us more bar soap. The elevator was closed as was the pool. The jetted tub was better than a hot tub in my opinion, but the elevator might be a dealbreaker for some people. I didn't mind using the stairs. There were some other odd things: overall property needs some refreshing (rooms are in better shape thankfully), the hot and cold knobs were switched on our tub, the sleeper sofa was broken in our room (which they told us upon check-in and we didn't need it anyway), and the sliding door was hard to open. There are "no smoking" signs but when we opened the door for some fresh air, smoke wafted in. Overall, it was worth it for me because of the jetted tub and view.

Always love staying at this hotel! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean! My favorite hotel in ocean shores.

Good for the night. 4th floor completely closed. Light house lookout closed, pool hottub closed. Elevator was closed. We where on 2nd floor was told its a view but its more partial view over dunes and trees . No actual beach view but you can see the ocean in distance. Beds where not queen maybe fulls? But ok. Shower was hot and has pressure. Fire place is fake ligted logs on a noisy timer so that didnt stay on long. Tv ok has satellite so few channels to watch kid was happy. Breakfast was great for purposes bacon eggs muffins juice etc... Alot of construction type spots throughout hotel. Over all 1 to 10 scale id give a 3
