You'll love the quiet bushland setting, giving the impression of being in the country and allowing you to relax and unwind in peace. From this backdrop, you are only 4 minutes drive to the beach, supermarkets and town centre and close to all the activities the Bellarine is renowned for. In no time at all, you could be splashing in the waves, stand up paddle boarding, paragliding, skydiving, cycling the beach or rail trail, meeting wallabies in the Nature Reserve, strolling around beautiful Blue Waters Lake, sipping wine or setting off on a Great Ocean Road adventure... Plenty of room for boats, bikes, boards, kids and caravans. Free bike loan, breakfast, Wifi and Netflix. ️‍We are aiming to make the studio as sustainable as possible. It is powered by solar panels and a battery; the hot water service and air conditioner are both energy efficient heat pumps; and we minimise the waste going to landfill by recycling and composting.The accommodation is popular, with 200+ stays since we started hosting 3 years ago, with our guests recognising that we value their experience. River Sunset is a modern beach house boasting plenty of space and separate living zones, ideal for groups and families. Enjoy sweeping views across the Barwon River and soak up everything Ocean Grove has to offer, literally on your doorstep — situated just minutes walk from the river promenade, popular Garage cafe, the Terrace shops, bowls and golf club, and the iconic, patrolled Surf Beach.The light-filled home offers a large, open planned kitchen, living and dining area which spills out onto a sunny deck — perfect for entertaining. For a night in, kick your feet up in front of the  huge Samsung QLED 65 inch TV with Netflix. River Sunset sleeps 11 comfortably. The first floor has a master bedroom, with two, large walk-in-robes and ensuite bathroom, and second bedroom with queen bed and a separate toilet. Downstairs features a large bedroom with twin king-single beds (which can be made into one king-sized bed) and a fourth bedroom with bunks, which can sleep up to three. A sofa bed and port-a-cot is also available. Both living areas and two of the four bedrooms have a smart TV with unlimited fast NBN. The house is fantastic for large groups or two families, separated into two living zones. Find a bathroom (with a bath tub), another living area with TV, a sofa bed and deck on the ground floor. For guests with small children, you will have access to a high chair, port-a-cot, a safety gate for the top of the stairs, and kids plastic cups and bowls. There are also plenty of board games, puzzles and TVs for entertainment. The backyard is fully enclosed. An outdoor shower and fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer will come in handy after a day spent at the beach.
