Great experience! Delicious food and drinks as much as you want and whenever you want during the day. The view from the terrace was great. All the staff were kind, especially the girls and boys from the kids club were great. Most of them speak English and they were very helpful for whatever you need. Special thanks for the birthday present 😊

Everything was perfect! Very kind and smiling staff . The room was cleaned daily & towels were changed every 2 days. Diversified food , you had a lot of options to choose from , for dessert there were quite a lot of cakes changing every day the type , fruits were also. Swimming pool very ok exactly as in the description , the towels for it changed every day . Very pleased and the activities of the pool well defined purpose being the entertainment of tourists . Every evening there were activities carried out by the animation team for children and adults , a very nice atmosphere ! I highly recommend the location for an exceptional holiday!

Hotel was clean and room was spacious. When we arrived (late arrivals at 00:30) staff had provided us with a variety of meat, cheese and bread in the restaurant which was a really nice touch. Receptionist who had checked us in was lovely as were the restaurant staff. Great selection of food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Animation team were great and kept people entertained in the day at the pool with Aqua sports and family games, entertainment of an evening was also very good. Pool was a great size, I felt there was plenty of room even when there were others in there, I didn't feel there wasn't enough room to have our own space. We found that there were always sun loungers available too which was nice. Hotel backs onto the beach which is also a nice option. Pool bar was a nice touch as we could remain in the pool to get our drinks with stools to sit at the bar if you wanted. My only gripe with this experience was with a member of bar staff named Nikolos. I found his behaviour around my partner to be inappropriate knowing we were a couple. A very sleazy young lad. This made my partner feel uncomfortable to go to the bar when he was there so I would go instead. His attitude towards me was very cold, bordering rude, just very immature. Aside from this, the rest of the staff were friendly, polite and professional. Overall, good experience.

I came here as a family of 6 and we loved it. Initially thought we had booked sunny beach but was so glad we hadn't when we saw it as Obzor is so much nicer. The girls could wonder about without us being worried about them. The place is kept spotless, there's a couple of really cute kittens wondering about, the bar staff are lovely. The food was lovely too, loads of choice and I've came home a fatty! The beach is gorgeous, also spotless

Located directly next to the beach and also a beautiful park. The city centre being only a ten minute walk, couldn't be more perfect. We arrived after 11pm check-in was dealt with quickly by a friendly receptionist. The room we found in the morning had nice seaview, the beds were comfy as we both slept well. The food throughout the week was good with the usual choice of hot meal or salad. No complaints there. The pool had a lot of sunbeds available, those out on the beach were not hotel beds and were chargeable. We were AI and the drinks were the usual local ones. The hotel was kept very clean all the staff were friendly. The only down side was the lack of evening entertainment, the only night that something was watched and enjoyed by the large majority was when some very talented dancers did a show. They were very good. Considering the amount of people staying they should have good entertainment every night. Just a warning to people with walking difficulties there are no lifts so you may struggle, even the restaurant is upstairs. Also if your looking for some lively nightlife don't bother, the bars close at 11:00 pm Would we go again? Almost certainly.

If you like the smell of strong tobacco from Dutch polish Russian people around the pool and constant loud music round the pool from 10-6 drowning out your earbuds then this is the place for you Peace and tranquility it is NOT However rooms are kept very clean and food is ok It’s just the constant LOUD music from the huge speaker by the pool all day but if you want a chilled vibe there is a nice beach bar 30 meters away ORO beach bar who have the vibe just right
