HVD Club Hotel Miramar - 24 Hours Ultra All Inclusive

Very convenient, the cleaning staff 👌, the reception 👌 and the food was great! The entertainment team was very nice. For all the staff 👏 . I like it and definitely recommend it! A little advice, please put less clor in the pools and maybe it s a good ideea to have warm water in the pool!

Big Thank you to this great hotel for another enjoyable vacation. All personnel is very friendly , professional and hardworking doing their best for the guests keeping high standard of all services. We had a standard room , not sea view but it was quite with beautiful hills view . Room was regularly cleaned ,we were pleased with the room . Food in the main restaurant is varied and very tasty , I understand most of it is local and organic from green fields around the town. Not many holiday destinations can serve such high quality and varied local food , that has not been delivered from miles and miles away. Entertaining team is doing brilliant job with interesting kids activities and impressive evening shows , always presented in Bulgarian /English / German languages. Restaurant personnel works like a well maintained clock - very tasty food impressively presented , place is spotless , service is professional. Our special thank you to reception personnel, who allowed us to leave hotel later in the day due to delay in flight ( now we learned many flights to UK were delayed due to Air Traffic Control outages), as family with small children we greatly appreciate that kindness. All in all - we will be very happy to come back next year and wish hotel all the very best and massively thank you once again!

It was a wonderful holiday. the place is perfect for families with children . The staff was very nice and it was very clean. The food was really good The resort is very clean, the entertainment team is very good. We had some issue with the Mini talk. It was not very clean enough, but we are in general. Very happy with overall provided services by the resort.

Absolutely lovely place for people with kids! Very friendly staf, clean, animation etc. But the real gem is a beach bar! Barmen Atanas and Elena are best of the best of the best :) they are rock stars! Good is also good, especially if you fancy Balkan food. Grilled stud in the snack bar if the best. Swimming pools are maintained. It was a lovely vacation!

The hotel was clean and the room big and clean everyday by the personal (nice lady), food diversified and also very good (sure, not all types are my style). If the pools were hoter than it was it were perfect. Quality-price raport it’s ok

Just back from an amazing 7 day holiday here. Great location, right on the beach and it’s a nice beach as well. Sea and sand are perfect, was a bit choppy for a few days but kids enjoyed playing in the waves. Food was nice, plenty of choices throughout the week and you get to book a table for 3 of the nights in one of the 3 different restaurants which mixes it up a bit. Just add you can have lunch in these anytime as well without booking. Drinks were fine, hardly any queuing and several bar areas to choose from. Nothing too high end, but can’t complain for all inclusive, and adequate cocktails. The Mini bar in the room was restocked daily, 2 fruit juice, 2 lagers and a small red and white wine. 2 lovely pool areas one relaxed and one lively which also has a toddler area. Loads of sunbeds round the pools and on the beach. We always found a spot and didn’t start looking till around 10 most days. All the staff we met were truly amazing, the reception, barstaff, waiters/waitresses, entertainment team, managers, cleaners etc so friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see you. Fair play to them all, as they all put a proper shift in as well. Spotlessly clean and interestingly not many bugs! Apparently this is due to the hundreds of nesting swallow’s around the hotel. Well worth having a 7 day break here. Thanks so much to all involved, hopefully we’ll be able to come back in the future.

Absolutely nothing to complain. First 3 days the food was above average, the next 3 days the food was excellent. Although it was a very busy hotel, i never had to wait more than 2 minutes to get something to eat. The food was available non stop, something rare to find these days. The room was cleaned every day, the mini bar was refilled every day as well. All the pools were clean, the entertainment team was the best I have seen in Bulgaria the past few years (specially Sasho and Theo, but all the guys and girls were very funny and respectable). Lot of thing to do for kids as well. Average quality for drinks. Not the best, bot certainly not the worst. All the staff we interactioned with were very polite. Tip: you must try the BLU Restaurant, the food there was amazing.

A hotel from which you cannot have very high expectations, although the location has some potential. They have diversified food, but the lack of quality speaks for itself. All desserts taste the same. Too long queues form at the only place where the specialties are cooked, you can wait 20 minutes until it's your turn, and when you arrive to serve yourself, you find that the respective dish is finished. The safe in the room is for a fee (8 bgn/day) If you stay on the beach until later (after 19:00) you can no longer hand over the towels, and the next day the towel staff (Sasha) very arrogantly refuses to change them for you, something unheard of so far in other hotels.
