Still here, lovely hotel, nothing special, but nothing to complain about. Absolutely lovely food for lunch and dinner. It was flavourful and plentiful, and filling. We love doing all inclusive as a fall back option not the only option. Bulgaria and Obzor has some amazing restaurants, which are cheap and relaxed, friendly, and not fast food. When we arrived everything was slowly opening up and it's been a lovely bloom just like their flowers. The hotel itself needs an exterior lick of paint, honestly if this is something that will affect your holiday then reconsider booking. Amazing pools. Amazing sea and beach. Shame the sun loungers on the beach are not apart of the hotel, never experienced a 4 star without beach loungers before. This for me is what makes it a 3 star not 4 star. The staff do not circulate and clean up empty drinks containers, so the pool area can get untidy with plastic if nobody cleans up after themselves. It's also such a shame to see so much single use plastic when you could use reusable hard washable plastic instead at the poolside. Could have been an amazing wow holiday, instead was an ok holiday with no real complaints, but some things could and should change to elevate to a 4 star.

The hotel itself is in a great location on the gorgeous beach of obzor. The beach can be stunning with some really calm waters, but beware if you are going out of season adds barely anything is open at all. The hotel is very dated and needs a good lick of paint/update. It’s definitely not the 4 star that is advertised. Large pool however it’s very cold, so ALL the children huddle in the hot tub, which is a brown cloudy water by the end of the day. The pool is also full of toad eggs, at night you can see all the toads round the pool, which I know can’t be helped but when the children started hunting for eggs, they found 100s - which makes me question how well they clean the pool. Hotel cocktails are nasty, the food is ok but if you are a vegetarian be prepared to eat pizza every night. Also of a morning, no coffee machines were working most of the days we were here. It was like a hunt in the morning to find one that would work! My daughter went to the kids club once (she’s 10), all ages were mixed together from age 4 upwards, which I found really weird, in the end my daughter said she felt like she was babysitting 😂. The evening entertainment is terrible, again stuck in the 80s. Positives - great location, clean rooms, cheap, nice spa, friendly staff. We didn’t have a bad time here at all, however I wouldn’t return which is a shame as I really like the area itself. There’s a beach bar called “oyo” near by that done beautiful coffee and cocktails would recommend here for sure!

Staff 5 * Cleanliness 5* Food 4* We've just come back from our stay having arrived 1st May at the start of the season. Rooms/bathrooms/hallways/outside WCs, all facilities are immaculate I've honestly never stayed in a hotel so clean! Beds really comfortable also but pillows were a bit hit or miss. Pools were freezing as they're fresh water pools and we did go in their 'spring' so hadn't hit peak heat yet to warm them up but there is in an inside pool which is warmer. Food had lots of variety. Constantly lots of fresh fruit, salad bits. Not much for picky children in regards t9 chicken nuggets etc but they do serve them downstairs for lunch and snack time. Food was pretty much always cold but we didn't really mind as it was still tasty. Staff were brilliant and nothing was ever too much for them and they were always happy to help in anyway they could. We really couldn't fault them. There is lots of shops, restaurants, takeaway places nearby and some stunning gardens to walk through and also another park aswell as the park on site. Good hotel for a relaxing family holidays. Stayed in August with 2 children of 14 &11 years old. Entertainment team works hard during the day with a lot to do. Big variety of food available. As in all All Inclusive it is repetitive but this is expected. Room was kept clean and air conditioning worked well. First hotel where you don't have to queu for the drinks,staff working very efficiently and there were a lot of them. Swimming pool was freezing 🥶 and areas around the pool are very slippery so hotel should do something about it. A nice little town is just round the corner with nice shops and restaurants. Hotel spa does really nice massages which we really enjoyed. The only disappointment was that evening entertainment is very poor to nearly non existant so very boring in the evening and probably the worst I have ever seen in any other hotels. Good for people who likes to be in bed by 9pm. Overall we had a good holiday. Thank you

Hotel was good.all the staff worked hard my room was big with a 12x12 balconey ,with 2 sunloungers in it.bed was really comfortable ,showers good Food had plenty of choice, Plenty of room around the pool. Town was a short walk away . The only thing let it down was the lenth off the entertainment 30,40 mins

We stayed here for a week at the end of season. Really enjoyed our stay, went all inclusive for a reasonable price. Food and drinks were good, most of the staff were friendly except for one young man at the bar who was rude. Telling people to “hurry up” with their drink orders. Room was spotless and very spacious with a fantastic view onto the sea. Entertainment was a bit hit or miss at night, kids entertainment was annoying and should have been on at an earlier time. Also, couldn’t book the Asian restaurant as there was a week wait, no use when your only staying a week. Would return but in season, most of the town had closed down.
