Просторный номер, сауна, хамам платные, в номере нет тапочек, чайника. Отель состоит из нескольких корпусов, свой, пляж. Кормят нормально. Гости в отеле из разных стран, в основном с детьми.

Honest review from a family perspective. It seems to me that people have too high expectations, and vote down, or low and vote up. From the reviews we were not that high in expectations, but we've had nothing short of a wonderful time here in start of November. I'll try to sum up something I felt I didn't know before arriving: All Inc: At beach: water, juices, coffee and one ice cream a day. No alcohols. Rest paid. At pool/restaurant/bar: water, juice, coffie, tea, beer, wine (red and white ok, rose not good to our taste). Vodka, campari, Malibu and some other local spirits. Food: buffé with what you expect from a buffé. Breakfast: serials, bread, spreads, egg, salads etc. Lunsh/dinner: salads, Turkish pizza, 4-6 dished with meat, one dish fish, pasta, rice. Always something to eat, but not the most exiting stuff. Lots of cakes. Snackbar (by pool side): nuggets, salads, Turkish pancake with cheese etc (very good) + (Children favorite food place). Clean rooms (we got main building). Aqua park, pool and Childers games very good.

Hi I just want to say thank you so much for making our holiday with kids perfect. At first I was like kids may get bored we might need to plan outings but in this hotel entertainment does not stop. Kids were kept entertained every hour. Bubba club is fantastic and animation team work so hard loved the evening shows. Food does not stop snack bar has varieties. Cleaners always on top. Spa and wellness in resort is an advantage. Aqua park is huge. You have shops outside the hotel. Beach is beautiful with lovely views. Chefs waiters work very hard. Honestly a lovely experience we will not forget. Thank you once again from UK❤️

Unfortunately Im really disappointed visit in that hotel Visit from 1st of may. First room with I got was in other building only one plus had two separate rooms. Way by tunnel with only stairs so you have to lifting buggie and luggages. When we arrived to room was well cleaned, handle from balcony was broken, flush was broken and water was all the time leaking, this same in sink, when raport that I have to wait two days to change room. In spare building room rating is max 2 stars not 4!!! was information about changing sheets and towels every 3 days to safe water ridiculous compare to condiction of room... in main building room are better but still not 4 stars maximum 3 stars. Food in restaurant very little choice after hour of meal half left of choice. Only 10 warm meals included rice and pasta that not enough for 4 stars hotel. Breakfast only eggs available sometimes donuts or pancakes from warm food. Dinners also very poor not everyday you can get even rice. Just pasta every day. When my children doesnt feel well and I ask can take some food to room staff told me I have to get permission from reception. Half staff on reception doesnt speak english. Fresh orange juice charge extra 2€. Turkish coffee charge extra 2€ Swimming pool Towel you have to pay extra 1 € for every day and take for all visit. In may already no free sunbeds on swimming pool is information about not reserving beds but everybody ignore that when I inform reception they say they cant do anything even is information towels will be removed from beds by staff. Aquapark is great but only 5 hours dayly open. Ice cream only available from 4 30 till 5 30. Kids club doesnt mind child enough take attention about them. My daughter left alone kids club and looking for me without any supervision. That ridiculous because someone can take her. They dont take even phone number from parents and floor is very dirty animators ask everyone take shoes but they wearing them. Not recommended that hotel in that price is not worth that

We came here for a week with my family. It's a really beautiful place. Food, sea, pools, everything is perfect. Especially the music was very good. We liked another style of DJ İsmail. As a family, the animations are very good. The staff is very active. They are really friendly and nice.

hotel rooms was awesome and so clean. mini club and entertainers are so helpful, friendly and funny. I wanna especially say thanks for Mr. Junior and Mr. Deniz. We absolutely advice the Blue Wave Suite Hotel for everyone.

Animatie is very good en de staf are very nice the evening show are always very good and the Kids club are amezing thank you
