LA Quinta inn and oak creek is the best hotel I ever been in me my wife in kids recomind you give them a try the breakfast is good the people there are nice in the works are always on time for everything i love it here in i will always book a trip here because good front desk workers and they know what they are doing from the first day I went there it change my life for ever

The staff and room were great, my only disappointment and it’s minor is that I wish there was a fridge available in the room. I will probably return sometime soon.

Overall, the place gave me and my partner a place to rest our head. The room itself was clean. The rest of the building was a little dingy. Our door would also malfunction; the deadbolt would get stuck and we couldnt close the door all the way. It took some tinkering but we could fix it on our own. Breakfast was simple. The staff were kind and helpful. A fine place if you need an inexpensive stay, it gets the job done.

It was a big step up from the last budget hotel. Room was clean and pleasant. Happy for the coffee maker and coffee, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed was comfy. The young lady who checked me in was very sweet, but the guy in morning at checkout was strictly business, which isn't all bad. Appreciated the included breakfast.

There was not hot water in the room. Only less than warm water. Breakfast was very skimpy. It was not 9 am yet and there was hardly nothing left for breakfast. And the eating area is in a tiny lobby that is next to the entrance. Today the weather was below zero and the doors kept opening letting the freezing air come in. I have never seen a hotel without double doors by the entrance.

They charged a $100 deposit without notifying. Threw us out our budget. Front desk was vey rude when ask to explain about this last minute charge. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there .Will never go out there again.

My American Airlines flight was cancelled after 3 delays and I was unable to make my connecting flight to MKE. As a result, I was unable to attend the funeral that was the purpose of my travel plans. So I was unable to checkin and rate my stay. This is because ******* and/or La Quinta will not allow me to CNX my reservation in such a situation that is totally out of my control. I was able to CNX my rental car, another hotel night, and other reservations -but not this reservation made thru *******. Lesson learned: I will never again use ******* for any travel reservation.

First of all we came to check in and I asked for coffee to perk me up, I was told there’s coffee in the pot on the burner…..no…. There were coffee grounds not coffee. There was no offer to make any, so I went without. This morning went for the delectable breakfast we see advertised, there was bread for toast, 4 sweet rolls, minimal coffee and no scrambled eggs, no make your own waffles , no nothing.! What? The room was clean, quiet, however there was only 1 miniscule bar of soap no body lotion and I came to use the hairdryer and it fell apart when I tried to use it, plugged in….how dangerous is that? I payed good money for the stay and had high expectations, since we usually always stay at Laquita when we travel. This particular unit is not functioning to its full potential and that is to “please the guest “, no actually WOW the guest . Very sad.

This hotel is not bad is good pricing but some people work in hotel loook weird
