The rooms are very small and basic and the buzzer system to alert you about overnight visitors didn’t seem to work consistently for our Titan Kenya Grand Safari small group holiday. Glad we only stayed one night but enjoyed sitting with a free cup of tea watching the wildlife close up. Take a light weight coat as it is really chilly at high altitude

We stayed one night and as we were on safari we were only allowed an overnight bag, the room was small but had all you needed for a nights stay, bathroom was clean bed was comfortable. There were a fee observation decks, some inside and some outside with a great view over looking a watering hole, there is a buzzer in the bedroom that goes off when certain animals come to the watering hole in the night but you can switch this off if you want to. Overall we had a great stay and would do it again

Even if you don't go on a game drive, you can observe wild animals from the terrace because the animals come here to get not only water but also minerals. It was a little cold at night, but the hotel staff provided us with a hot water bottle. The service of the staff during meals was also excellent. Both my daughter and I really liked the soup at this hotel.

This hotel gave you the unique experience to observe animals at night as they visited the watering hole.It was great to see the animals relationship with each other.Food was good. Rooms were modest and small but it was all about the viewing experience. Tea and coffee was available throughout the night. An alarm was supposed to sound during activity at night but I am not convinced this happened.No cars allowed,transport arranged from twin hotel of Aberdare Country Club

We spent one night at this delightful lodge in the Aberdares Very clean, food was excellent, staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the animals At least 14 different species of animals arrived at the water hole including several ellies with babies in the middle of the night. The lodge will buzz your cabin as the rooms are called to make sure you do not miss seeing something worthwhile. You can switch the buzzer off should you wish Good value

My husband and I spent the night here for a Valentines getaway. Very nice lodge in the heart of Abedares National Park. They offer 4 decks that over look a water hole where the animals come to drink. There is a nice bar to lounge at and a lqrge fire plqce to gather around. Abedares is one of the highest peaks so the tempatures are a bit cooler, so bring a jacket as the night time is cold. At night you have this very hot bottle in your bed and its the best little suprise to warm you up. The entrie staff was friendly and welcoming. There are no TV's in the rooms or WiFi, so come to getaway from the hustle and bussel of life and unplug and enjoy nature. I would recommend for a weekend getaway...
