一次非常愉快的住宿！沒有前台check in ，直接管家幫你辦理好帶入房間。房間用的鑰匙真的是木質🔑！就是熱水不太穩定，洗一會會冷下來。游泳池室內的，可惜晚上六點後就不開了

Great location, amazing food and outstanding service, The less spicy food option at dinner menu allowed me taste sri lanka Cuisine and I am in love with the curry and coconut rice The best of all is the people. The hospitality is great. Bed was super comfortable and the view was great.

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. Suraj and Shimal were exceptional and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and Shimal makes a good cuppa tea 😃 The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. We booked a room with the lake view. As we stepped out of the room, we had a panoramic view of the lake, which was breathtaking. I highly recommend this place for its top-notch service and overall exceptional hospitality.

This is one of the nicest most pampering hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The property and rooms are beautiful and elegant, the staff is the most helpful and nice, and the food is incredible. We stayed two nights and wished it was longer. Some of the highlights include breakfast in the foyer facing the lake, and the high tea experience. Thank you W15 team for an unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights. Room was very cosy and comfortable. Food was amazing and the chef and staff accommodated our custom requests for the kids. Service was beyond our expectations. Lakisanka and the rest of the staff was amazing and made our stay very memorable.

W15 Lake Gregory afforded my wife and I a relaxed weekend with a lovely view of the lake and a quick trip to Hortain Plains NP. The room had a garden view (the lake view rooms were taken) and the lovely vegetable garden was awesome. The staff were attentive and caring. The Sri Lankan lunch was awesome. However the dinner (and we ordered just a Carrit and ginger soup) was disappointing with little Carrot and too much cream. The second night’s vegetable crusted chicken was much better. The desserts were excellent though. Most of all we enjoyed the lovely setting - though on the second day having motor cycle racing right in front of the hotel for well over 2 hours was disturbing as was the thumping loud music at night till past 11 pm from the ongoing Nuwara Eliya Carnival! But these latter disturbances were outside the control of the hotel. The Nuwara Eliya Council needs to better think through these leisure activities and their impact on hotels. Overall, I give W15 a good rating.

Excellent service, this place is great, Suraj and Lakisanka took great care of us, looking after us like family. Would definitely visit again, highly recommended, chef and food also amazing. All in all a great experience. View is also very good.

Best customer service ever, Suraj is really good at his job, making sure we feel like home! everything is nice, food, location, view, rooms are big and nice and the view is fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone that visit Nuwara! Thank you
