Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Our room had both a comfortable sofa, a chair and a table - a very nice touch. There was lots of storage. It would have been nice if there were a mirror in the room. The breakfast was adequate, omelets were made to order and the staff was helpful. However, the bathroom could use a bit of an overhaul. The toilet paper holder didn’t hold the paper, the socket by the hair dryer came out of the wall and there should be shelf space over the sink. Most importantly, this hotel should come into the 21st-century and accept credit cards. We had a lot of trouble charging our bills. They should understand that Americans don’t have pin numbers on their credit cards as Europeans do

Actually I didn't stay there, but... I made a reservation already in November 2024 by mail.I had their response and got the confirmation for 7 rooms with breakfast for two nights in May 2025. Yesterday,one month before arrival, the cancel the full reservation because they have a bigger group which increased their number of guests. OK, there I'm standing with my group of 13 people, one month before arrival. I have now another hotel, Damir Hotel, but of course more expensive because we are closer to the arrival date. Do not use Jipek Joli hotel. They are unreliable.

Very cozy, friendly, well located hospitality. Definitely recomended to stay. Nicely furnished rooms, will stay here next time. Stayed here in February 2025 for four days. Convinient location next to the Fine Arts Museum named after Savitsky.

As said before, a friendly, helpful, relaxed, family run hotel. The staff spoke good English. Really close to the museum (which we didn't really appreciate and the staff seemed very disinterested). We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the bazaar more. We had a large room on the first floor (no lift) but our luggage was carried for us. Wifi was good. TV had BBC news. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Not much choice , although we could have had freshly cooked eggs. They do keep your passport in reception until you leave.

OK, but we have stayed in three different rooms in both parts of the hotel and all had a faint smell of drains in the bathrooms with water not running sometimes.Breakfast average though plenty of fresh melon a decent omelette. OK for where it is for a stopover, but not cheering for a longer stay, I suspect.
