Very nice overall experience, breakfast and dinner lots of variety and delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff except for one older grumpy male bartender. Nice pool area, reserving sunbeds is not allowed but not respected and not enforced by staff or hotel. Very nice rooms. Everything is kept very clean. Cocktails in lobby bar could benefit from an experienced bartender, mainly presentation wise. When coming back to this region i would probably come back to this hotel.

We stayed in the hotel on Sunday night because we wanted an extra day in the area and from the moment we arrive the staff were super friendly especially Sofia on reception she made our stay 10x better , she’s professional friendly and knows how to keep customers happy from the moment they walk through the doors , food was fabulous and rooms were lovely too! Couldn’t fault it and thanks to Sofia again! We definitely will be back!

Excellent beautiful hotel to chill and relax on the Barossa beach front. Excellent and friendly staff, the hotel is spacious perfectly kept, great pool area and offers everything else you need. If you are looking to escape the hassle and bustle of a busy city and enjoy beautiful sunsets and walks along the sandy Barrosa beach then this is a brilliant choice.

First, thank you for all the staffs of the hotel. Excellent service, staffs and managers, from hotel reception to entertainment, great place to spend and reminiscing memories. Both myself and my husband are from foreign countries. We got married in Novo Sancti Petri Church and the reception in this hotel 14 years ago, and the feeling we felt still the same. Excellent staffs! the treatment we got from them every time we come is second to none! It's a feeling of being a Family. It feels we had build a long lasting meaningful relationship with the staffs. The service offered and given by staffs are more than and beyond. I remember at my wedding and needed some flower girls and the staff who help us and arranged the little girls for my wedding was greatly appreciated and that the kind of help you'll get from the staffs and even though its not part of their job, they are still willing to help. This is just an example how staff willing to extend their hands to help. And for us, our wedding 14 years ago was the most memorable, even our guest after all this years still talking about the wedding, the hotel, the food, the sea/location and the excellent service! Next year is our 15th wedding anniversary and we are looking forward to celebrate it again with family and friends in this hotel. Our recent visit and stay in the hotel is as good as we had previously though a lot of changes in the interior and exterior of the hotel, which is good in a way, things have to change and improved! Very happy to see all the staffs that are still around who were at our wedding 14 years ago, though some of them are gone and some were placed to other Hiphotels branch, for a change and to move forward and help, teach and share their knowledge and experiences to the new staffs... We always recommend the hotels (Hiphotels) to our family and friends! "This hotel is worth a visit!".

lovely hotel with beautiful rooms, facilities such as spa, swimming pool location and especially restaurant with top breakfast and dinner. friendly people where service is number one. enjoyed the hotel, which provided great holiday vibes on a beautiful beach with wonderful weather. Location on the beach is top. The city itself is not much fun. a car helps to Cadiz or the nicer Connil or for a long drive to Seville. stay here for a beach relaxing holiday

Where do I start...beginning to end one of the best and most memorable hotel experiences i have had to date! I wanted to escape with my wife for one night to celebrate our 17th anniversary. I booked very last minute, over the phone and got exactly what I wanted. Arrival was lovely, reception charming with a choice of a refreshing drink. Our room was stunning. Front line beach, large terrace, huge bed, and I mean huge, covered in rose petals even. The hotel is much more like a resort. Its huge and offers endless amenities to cater for anyones taste really. Although almost fully booked, at no point did it feel crowded. After checking our room we headed out for a beach walk and lunch. On our way back we stopped at the hotels Serena Beach Club for a few drinks which was lovely. Upon entering our room we discovered a chilled bottle of bubbly and chocolates as well strawberries...what a lovely surprise. Having checked the menu at Serena earlier we decided to dine there. Amazing food, incredible service but the best part was the live sining by Erika!! WOW what a talent. I have rarely encountered such a versatile artist. From Adele, so Amy Whinehouse to Rhianna and Alicia Keys...absolutely incredible. Last but not least...breakfast! I have stayed in 5 start accommodation around the globe but none compared to this breakfast experience. There was nothing one could think of that they didnt serve...even a pastry chef was onsite making fresh pastries all morning. The best part of it all, was the live piano! Not seen that before. I want to the thank the team and staff for making this such a memorable stay, we will be back for sure...and this time for longer!!
