Staff not visible, reception not manned. Noise levels high. Car parking not always available. Untidy appearance at the front.

As a frequent traveler I would recommend no one staying at this hotel as it is simply dreadful, dated Deco no air conditioning noisy rooms appalling breakfast and overall appalling personalities of stuff. One of the worst places I've stayed

Good cleanliness friendly staff good parking handy location. There’s a decent pub next door with a restaurant so all in all for a short stay I’d recommend. Easy to get to from the motorway and to find and is close to a retail park with some drive through if needed

Great staff. Hotel needs attention such as maintenance and freshening up. Shower impossible to get correct temp and toilet-roll holder not secured.

Very happy, friendly & helpful staff Room was well aired & clean Fresh bedding & towels Bathroom was clean Bed was so comfy - had a good nights sleep

I stayed one night and did not have breakfast. Staff were friendly, which is always a bonus! The single room had a double bed, a shower, a TV and a comfy chair. The duvet did smell like foot or the last customers ordor. I do not think the cleaner changed it. Luckily I sprayed deodorant on it several times and it vanished. The walls are thin and I could hear the person next to me turning on the shower. The windows are not double glazed, so I could hear people talking outside. Overall, it was decent hotel for the price and location. I had a good night sleeps.

Comfy rooms ,easy check in , friendly staff. Didn't have breakfast.Went to the riverside farmhouse nextdoor it did a nice breakfast.
