Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet. Der Boden um die Poolbar herum sah durch alte Flecken der Datteln aus den Palmen immer dreckig aus. Für den gezahlten Preis hätte ich zumindest die Softgetränke im Zimmer kostenlos erwartet, statt satte 6 Euro dafür zu verlangen. Überhaut sind die Preise viel zu hoch. Ein Cocktail, der im Martiniglas serviert wurde, kostete 18 Euro! Abendessenbuffet pro Person 65 Euro OHNE Getränke, viel zu viel, da könnten wenigstens Softgetränke und vielleicht ein Tischwein inkludiert sein. Frühstück war jeden Morgen das selbe Angebot. Hier kennen wir es auch aus 4-Sterne-Hotels, dass es auch z.B. 1 Glas Prosecco zur Selbstbedienung gibt - hier leider nicht. Das Abendprogramm (Musik) war immer zu laut für den kleinen Bereich und die Anzahl der anwesenden Gäste. Im Zimmer haben uns Haken zum auslüften getragener Kleidung gefehlt, auch auf dem Balkon wäre eine Schnur oder ein Wäscheständer für die nasse Badekleidung schön gewesen. Sogar in unserem jetzigen 4-Sterne-Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon! Wir werden leider nicht noch einmal kommen.

It was a great experience they did a great job with our massages and such great customer service. Very attentive to what we need. Hotel staff is great and wonderful. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing session with Isaac and Ibra

We had yet another fantastic stay at beautiful Timi Ama resort! What sets this place apart, in addition to the beautiful beach and gardens, is the quality of its people. Our son was captivated by Micaela and the rest of the children’s club team who patiently invited him to play every at the beach and other games through the resort. Adults also benefit from great activities and shows - Greta, Sara and the rest of the team made us move (and suffer ;)) everyday! Shows were also a fantastic and family friendly way of ending up the day - such talented dancers. Finally, we were always spoiled by Zhou and team, from breakfast to dinner. Only housekeeping felt sometimes a bit rushed, but nothing preventing us from planning our stay next year! Hoping management changes don’t impact any of this ;)

We already go on a summer vacation in Pullman Almar Timi Ama for years and I have shared several times how wonderful this resort is. However, I will not miss another review this time because they managed to surprise us again. In the first place I would like to emphasize that maintaining such a high standard it’s not an easy task but this hotel definitely does it successfully. We go with certain expectations about service, food, entertainment, facilities etc. and we have never been disappointed. Moreover, year after year there are some improvements like for example this year the evening shows were more, very professional and very different so we could not get bored although we spent there 2 weeks. Also the rooms were renovated with a very pleasant interior. I will not mention again all the reasons that make us name Timi Ama our second home, but I would like to say big thank you to the team because these people are really outstanding. Zou makes a fantastic example how restaurants should be managed but he is also the soul of this place as he is always there for us and knows how to make us feel special. Also Giulio who is around to treat us as an old friend no matter if at I Ginepri or at La Veranda. All the staff in the restaurants is great, I’m afraid I’ll miss someone but I must especially thank to Francesco, Umberto, Andrea, Nicolas, Natalia and Rita who took such a lovely care for us. Our nights at the pool bar wouldn’t be so unforgettable if it wasn’t Nikolai with his wonderful cocktails and such a pleasant company, many, many thanks. Last but not least I would like to mention Marjolaine is always manages with great attention our reservations and reception. The overall atmosphere of Timi Ama is something we can’t find anywhere else, so we can’t stop recommending it. We miss you. See you next year.

During the six days we spent at the hotel, there was not even a moment of discomfort! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is everything you need. Even coffee!. All the facilities at the hotel are great. I must say that the pool is quite deep, not very convenient with little kids so we spent most of the time at the beach with the kids. The food is was excellent every day, everything we tried was very fresh and delicious. The highlight of this hotel is its staff. All the people we were in contact with were very friendly, smiling, collaborative and very dedicated to service. This hotel works very well, thanks to its workers. I hope the hotel knows it ;). Apart from everything I have to highlight each of the people who served us! They have a spectacular team of entertainers, every day they have a different act! It was a pleasure to train and dance with Sara and Ginger, what energy these girls had! The children's entertainers were very amazing with my children, I really appreciate that!! Finally, our waiter Fernando who served us every day with great agility, good energy and with a lot of enthusiasm. In general everyone provided us with excellent service. This was my first time on the island and I loved it!! It was wonderful to visit this hotel. GRAZIE :)

We had a fabulous holiday here - 2 weeks in Sept. We were upgraded to a bay view room, what a great view. The staff were lovely as so many other reviewers have said and really looked after their guests. We even had cause to highlight to the management Dalilla, a lifeguard at the pool who we observed displaying tremendous compassion and care to a guest who used a wheelchair who had been left by his companion on a sun lounger and was getting soaked in the pouring rain. The food was really good with plenty of choice. The beach and pool were both very welcoming and comfortable. The evening entertainment was very good. Not a huge amount to do in the area, but a great place to recharge your batteries. Thank you.
