Q92 노토 호텔(Q92 Noto Hotel)

The Q92 Hotel doesn’t charm slowly and gently - it hits you all at once with its sheer fabulousness and friendliness! We were staying for a week in the baroque city of Noto and this luxury boutique hotel sits right smack at the heart ❤️ of it. The building has been beautifully restored and the interiors are just gorgeous - calming colours and plush velvets. Gaia the family owner was so welcoming as was Daniel the hotel manager and Nicoletta, Giulia on Reception and Cristian and Antonio who make the best cocktails. Together with Maria, Santa and Chiara keep the hotel running smoothly. We felt like we were part of the family nothing was too much trouble to organise from our restaurant reservations to beach bags ready for a day out. After a hot day out it was sheer bliss to slip into the plunge pool in the delightful courtyard with a G&T. Whilst we had only planned to stay once during our trip to Sicily we had the unexpected pleasure of returning for another night when our flight home was cancelled - we took the last mini suite at Q92 and Daniel ensured we had a late checkout next day for our flight back. Daniel was born to be in hospitality- he is a natural. We can’t wait to go back again and look at the Cathedral Views at night whilst sipping on a late night cocktail. Thank you everyone at Q92 for making our trip so special.

couldn’t be in a better location. unassuming entrance right on the main street of town. parking right in front easily paid via app. staff so helpful before our arrival with restaurant reservations, setting up a tour guide and other hints about the city. gorgeous room and so comfy bed. delicious breakfast. many areas to relax including the tiny but so refreshing pool. wouldn’t stay anywhere else in nota!

it is a lovely hotel right in the heart of this beautiful baroque city. During the flower festival (Infiorata) it has a privileged access directly to the venue. The rooms remind you of a flourishing past with great attention to the decor and the clever use of works of art. The staff is very kind and multilingual. The hotel even has a very unique jacuzzi sitting under a nice lemon tree. I will be happy to return.

We went for the Infiorata Feast in May . Location is unbeatable, amazing service , the guys working in there are always smiling, gentle and professional . Small but great breakfast, daily baked cakes and local very fresh products . I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars .

From the moment one enters the entrance of Q92, it would be difficult to even the most jaded traveler to not take a pause... the decor is simply stunning. The Baroque architecture of Noto is well represented in this exquisite hotel. Our room number 2, was simply one of the most beautiful we have ever seen.High ceilings with restored frescos, large dressing area and bathroom with perfect lighting throughout.

Q92 is a truly exquisite hidden gem in the very heart of Noto! The hotel is truly stunning, boasting amazing original features and elegant decor throughout. The rooms are wonderful, spacious, full of style, character and light. We had the warmest of welcomes - the staff is extremely efficient, warm and helpful and can’t do enough to make you feel special and have the most wonderful stay. Q92 is truly the best and finest you can expect from Sicilian charm, elegance and hospitality!

What a wonderful gem of a place! Conveniently located, well appointed Rooms, great breakfast, but most importantly: a great team! They helped us with everything, suggesting and booking restaurants, day trips, and when I needed some work done printing and scanning documents, they were quick on the mark … very helpful! Top! A special thanks to Giulia who did most of my work for me! We will be back and so will our friends and family, when visiting Noto. Keep up the good work

This hotel is truly unique. We stayed for two lovely nights and the location is second to none. You literally walk out of the door across a small courtyard and into the streets of Noto yet it is very quiet. There is a public parking lot just outside of the hotel and we parked for 24hrs for 14 Euro. Staff were very welcoming and the building itself is steeped in so much history and beautifully restored and decorated. Our bathroom was very quirky with blue highly patterned wallpaper and red tiles, but it worked. I would have loved a door on the bathroom and some milk to make tea, but otherwise it was lovely. You are unable to have cooling on the A/C at this time of the year so we slept with the windows open as it has been very warm in Italy, which meant for a bright start to the day. Bed was quite hard, as were pillows, but that seems to be the custom in Italy. Breakfast was served on the patio with a view of the centre of Noto- simply stunning. Food wasn't anything special but the setting is just lovely. There is a lovely indoor sitting/bar area as well which we would have used had our stay been longer. Noto itself is a lovely baroque town, which clears out in the evening, so I would recommend you staying overnight to enjoy it quietly once the day-trippers (lots of Italian school groups etc) leave. Lovely streets to stroll through and delicious restaurants.

Words (and pictures) can't do justice of what I experienced here: The most genuine, warmest hospitality, exquisite service, care & attentiveness. This family owned and operated, boutique hotel in the heart of Noto is special not solely on account of that (but I will revisit this later). The "independently-minded" Q92, member of the Small Luxury Hotels in the World (and rightfully so) is one of the most beautifully and uniquely decorated hotels I've ever seen - mixing old world charm, elegance and opulence with the most modern amenities and design. Each of their 9 guest rooms and suites are different, with the coolest of artworks ranging from Renaissance to contemporary in vibe. The luxurious interiors will literally have you feeling like royalty, but also on account of the staff, who to put it quite simply are remarkable. Some of the most generous and intuitive people I have ever encountered, attending to my every need before it was even a thought in my head! Everyone at Q92 Hotel Noto made me feel so special. From the way I was greeted: the warm smile from Giulia, the whisking away of my heavy bags from dear Christian who rescued me several times, to the heart-to-heart chat with the General Manager Laura who took the time to get to know me - I felt like I was visiting some dear, long-lost friends. And I was fortunate enough to meet father and daughter Andrea and Gaia during my short stay there. What extraordinary people! (Unfortunately I didn't get to meet mother Rosaria and brother Massimo). What the Quartucci family built with great love and passion, and have now expanded on, with the help of their very special team is seriously impressive. Q92 Hospitality is the epitome of Italian hospitality based on a core principle that is so simple yet forgotten - Welcoming guests into their home as if they were a special guest of the family. An approach to hospitality that goes beyond anything that I've ever encountered firsthand. One that focuses not just on the guest, but in that lost art of human interaction and making a human connection. The family at Q92 have an earnest desire to make sure your 360 travel experience is an authentic and memorable one. This is Italian - more specifically Sicilian - Hospitality at its finest. You truly touched my soul Q92. So much so, I don't think I've even processed it all just yet. Grazie di cuore.
