Great stay and friendly staff

is a beautiful place, boasting a stunning location, cleanliness, and a wonderful garden. The stay could have been perfect if not for a very unpleasant experience with the hotel manager, an Italian named Eros. Unfortunately, his behavior does not meet the standards expected of guest service. During our stay, after lunch, we wanted to have an espresso at the café near the reception since coffee was not available in the restaurant. My partner placed a small piece of cake on a plate to enjoy with the coffee. To our surprise, Eros treated us very rudely, reprimanding us that cakes were not allowed. Instead of calmly explaining the rules, his behavior was harsh, inappropriate, and simply unpleasant. We certainly didn’t cause any trouble, but the way the manager addressed us left a very negative impression. Such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable in a place that aspires to high standards of guest service. I encourage the hotel owners to reconsider employing someone who lacks the ability to treat guests with respect and class. Replacing the manager with someone more competent and empathetic would greatly enhance the experience of staying in this beautiful place.

Absolutelly brilliant hotel! Wonderful place, highest level staff, amazing sunsets - like from postcards. rooms cleaned daily, smelling good everywhere - staff helpful and extremely friendly - smiling people - I can't imagine a nicer or better place. Best holidays ever!

We spent a beautiful 2 week holiday in this wonderful hotel in Nosy Be. The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and always kept clean. The staff will give you the warmest welcome and will make sure you stay happy throughout the whole stay. Food was delicous and the view from the restaurant is from a different world

NE JAMAIS PRENDRE LE ALL INCLUSIVE AU VANILA !!! Ne surtout pas prendre le all inclusive du VANILA qui est une véritable escroquerie…pas d’expresso ,pas d’eau même dans une suite prestige,pas de service que du self,carte fixe ,pas de plat du jour.De plus comme vous sortez un jour sur deux voir plus c’est perdu .Au moins sans ce pseudo all inclusive vous ne payez que ce que vous commandez.Le VANILA mérite un vrai all inclusive qui n’existe pas aujourd’hui. Exp: j’ai demandé un verre d’eau étant dans la piscine et on m’a répondu avec votre bracelet (all inclusive) c’est du self allez vous servir vous-même alors que partout ailleurs on est un peu fier de le porter ,là c’est le super camouflet et un peu une marque d’infamie.Merci Monsieur le director!!!! Je pourrai ajouter ,si vous êtes pêcheur toute la journée,inutile de demander votre DÛ à emporter pour déjeuner ,on vous envoie bouler sans vergogne. Bref JAMAIS DE ALL INCLUSIVE AU VANILA. Pour le reste tout va bien ,c’est un bel hôtel donc juste à espérer maintenant,un sursaut commercial élémentaire, pour un bel établissement de ce genre. Michel

Great hotel with beautifull views and sunset. Staff are wery friendlly and helpfull. I have to recomended also the tour guide from sound's travel Leonardo. Very nice infinity swiming pool and hotel room
