I often use Premier Inn hotels, but the 3 night stay I've just had stay at Norwich Duke Street didn't come up to my expectations. Our room was far too warm, even with the window open and the provided pedestal fan running constantly. I mentioned this to the chap in reception when checking out this morning and I was told that this is known problem with the building which customers frequently complain about, even in the winter. He went on to say that the they put portable air conditioners in the premier plus rooms and suggested that next time I book one of these. I don't think this is an acceptable answer. Why should I have to pay extra to be comfortable when there is a known issue with the temperature of the rooms?

사랑스러운 호텔, 리셉션 및 바 지역은 사랑스러운 대리석 바닥이있는 리셉션 구역과 매우 좋습니다. 우리 방은 약간 날짜가있는 lovely 한 측면이었고 바닥은 매우 기울어졌습니다. 대부분은 확실히 우리 시간에 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 훌륭한 주차 공간과 훌륭한 위치에 상점, 바 및 레스토랑에서 가까운 도보 거리에 있습니다. 호텔을 다시 예약 할 것입니다.

Had a lovely stay in the Norwich Puppet Theatre! Hannah was amazing and gave me so much information and offered advice for our stay, providing us with bus times to help with our journeys and also offered to get us a list of local restaurants for our stay, to make things easier for us. Alfie was also amazing and we felt so welcome when we arrived! The room was so nice and had everything we needed! Self check in and out was so easy which made things hassle free! Such a luxurious stay! Plus the bed was soo comfy! We will definitely be back! Thank you

우리는 정기적으로 식사/회의 행사에 호텔을 사용하는 그룹입니다. 우리를 돌보는 직원은 환상적이고 잘 인도되었으며 세부 사항에 세심한주의를 기울였으며 테이블을 매우 빨리 정리하고 다음 코스를 가져 왔습니다. 호텔과의 연락은 훌륭했고 너무 많은 문제는 없었습니다. 우리는 보통 정식을 먹지만 호텔은 특별한 식단을 문제없이 처리할 수 있었습니다. 음식은 높은 수준이었습니다. 우리 그룹에게 인기있는 장소이기 때문에 우리는 이 호텔을 가까운 장래에 계속 사용할 것입니다.

날씨가 허락한다면 완벽한 호텔에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있는 극장으로의 여행을 위해 여기에서 예약했습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안한 침대로 깨끗합니다. 주차 공간이 넉넉해서 무료였습니다. 우리는 10시 45분에 극장이 끝난 후 바가 오후 11시에 문을 닫을 것이라고 들었지만 더 많은 사람들이 도착하고 있었기 때문에 리셉션의 여성은 다음 아침 아침 식사를 준비하는 동안 계속 봉사했습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았지 만 뷔페 스타일이 아닌 메뉴에서 주문했습니다. Norwich로의 주말 여행을위한 모든 것이 좋은 선택으로 간주되었습니다.

Room was ok, could have been cleaner. Staff were fantastic no complaints. Breakfast was an experience - multiple people in pyjamas, large group of people cleared everything from the cooked counter into lunch bags and containers so we waited a while for more food to be cooked. Environment around the hotel at night didn’t feel safe for me as a single woman with children. Lots of people hanging around the hotel doorway, strong smell of **** and some one used the lift as a urinal - we won’t stay again.
