루피나 블루 파인(Rufina Blue Pine)

Our booking was for 2 Super Deluxe room. We were initially given a shabby room at 1 level below the ground. That cannot be a Supper Deluxe. On refusing to accept, we were given room in the new building. The hotel staffs do not have any training on hospitality, unresponsive behavior. The kitchen is very unhygienic. You have to request for towels & toiletries.

We have stayed in Suite room in Rufina Blue Pine Lachen.The service was very good.Sunil Chhetri,Sanjay and whole staff was very good.Food was very good.View was amazing.Approachable and geninune price.

Overall arrangements were good. Entire staff were helpful and we enjoyed stay at this hotel.In the food though items were limited but they were good. Overall we were happy with staff service. Certainly we would like to visit again

Ok kind. It was just for a night. So we have ***aged. Good thing that they have parceled our breakfast. Service was ok ok. Not to expect much. There was no power the entire night which was a little challenging for us.

Great Hotel with delicious food and very helpful staff. Our stay was absolutely pleasant. The food provided is so tasty that it feels like it is made at home. The rooms were also very clean and we were provided with all the necessary amenities. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Small village with beautiful views. The property is decent. There are two parts, one old and the other new. New one is obviously better. Dining room is good but can be a bit more cleaner. The towels provided in the room were dirty, but that was because some customers may have used them to clean other things than body and sometimes the marks don’t go when washed. Ideally located at the entrance of the village and the rooms in the back have lovely unobstructed views of the mountain and the waterfalls. Overall satisfactory.

Please listen to me carefully before you select this hotels. Firstly what you see in all pictures here is not exactly what you get there. The rooms are of medium sized but lacks basic amenities. In chilling cold, if you ask for any room heater or anything else even with extra money, nothing is available. Electricity is typical problem here and you have to tell repeatedly to start generator. TV and wifi will be written in your booking papers only but actually will remain out of order as they know guests stay here maximum for one night, so no one may ask for it. Even if you book meal with room tariff and repeatedly tell them to give breakfast on table, they packs raw breads with jam ( only 2 pc per adult) and some poha at 6 am which become stony hard when you actually eat. They actually don't know how to deal with guests. Only a single towel given for three persons that too of bad smelling. There are lots of good hotels in Lachen Please book those.

It was chilling cold in Lachen during my visit. The hotel was good with very friendly and helpful staff. Location wise the hotel is situated at the very entrance of Lachen and very easy to discover. The room was good with a lots of space and a living room. Food was decent though nothing great to write home about. Stayed there for one night.

In a remote village like Lachen, this hotel offered comfort stay. The valey view from our hotel room was awesome. The staff were very cuteous, especially the front desk ***ager. The food was basic and very tasty. Overall like the stay very much here.
